The U.S. Supreme Court has annulled another section of the Constitution, decreeing that any local government can take your property if they claim it's for the 'public good.' This ruling in Kelo vs. New London has James Madison, who wrote the document, turning in his grave ... again. Madison made it very clear that if government did not protect private property, there wasn't any point to having a government...
