RECOUNT NEWS

Green and Libertarian Candidate have filed for a recount in OHIO
http://www.votecobb.org/ (it may or may not change the outcome of the election. the point is to make sure all of the votes are counted. see below...)

And so the sorting and discarding of Kerry votes begins --by Bob Fitrakis "Are the provisional ballots in Ohio being thrown out? A new rule for counting provisional ballots in Cuyahoga County, Ohio was implemented on Tuesday, November 9 at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon, according to election observer Victoria Lovegren. The new ruling in Cuyahoga County mandates that provisional ballots in yellow packets must be 'Rejected' if there is no 'date of birth' on the packet. The Free Press obtained copies of the original 'Provisional Verification Procedure' from Cuyahoga County which stated 'Date of birth is not mandatory and should not reject a provisional ballot.'

The original procedure required the voter's name, address and a signature that matched the signature in the county's database."

3) Subject: Tell Congress to Investigate the 2004 Election
Questions are swirling around whether the election was conducted honestly or not. We need to know -- was it or wasn't it? If people were wrongly prevented from voting, or if legitimate votes were mis-counted or not counted at all, we need to know so the wrongdoers can be held accountable, and to help prevent this from happening again.

Members of Congress are demanding an investigation to answer this question. Join me in supporting their call, at:

THE UNEXPLAINED EXIT POLL DISCREPENCY---Steven F. Freeman PhD
http://www.buzzflash.com/alerts/04/11/The_unexplained_exit_poll_discrepancy_v00k.pdf

In "The Unexplained Exit Poll Discrepancy," Dr. Steven F. Freeman says: "As much as we can say in social science that something is impossible, it is impossible that the discrepancies between predicted and actual vote counts in the three critical battleground states [Ohio, Florida, and Pennsylvania] of the 2004 election could have been due to chance or random error."

The odds of those exit poll statistical anomalies occurring by chance are 250,000,000 to one. 250 MILLION to ONE.

He concludes the paper with this: "Systematic fraud or mistabulation is a premature conclusion, but the election's unexplained exit poll discrepancies make it an unavoidable hypothesis, one that is the responsibility of the media, academia, polling agencies, and the public to investigate."

Computer Researchers Find Critical Flaws in Popular Software Produced for U.S. Elections
http://www.innovations-report.de/html/berichte/informationstechnologie/bericht-2\0184.html

Dr. Avi Rubin is currently Professor of Computer Science at John Hopkins University. He "accidently"got his hands on a copy of the Diebold software program--Diebold's source code--which runs their e- voting machines.

Dr. Rubin's students pored over 48,609 lines of code that make up this software. One line in partictular stood out over all the rest: #defineDESKEY((des_KEY8F2654hd4"

All commercial programs have provisions to be encrypted so as to protect them from having their contents read or changed by anyone not having the key..The line that staggered the Hopkin's team was that the method used to encrypt the Diebold machines was a method called Digital Encryption Standard (DES), a code that was broken in 1997 and is NO LONGER USED by anyone to secure prograns. F2654hd4 was the key to the encryption. Moreover, because the KEY was IN the source code, all Diebold machines would respond to the same key. Unlock one, you have then ALL unlocked.

I can't believe there is a person alive who wouldn't understand the reason this was allowed to happen. This wasen't a mistake by any stretch of the imagination. This was a fixed election, plain and simple.

This second coup d'etat is either stopped now or America ceases to be.

A Chip in Your Shoulder - Should I get an RFID implant?

brave new world

A Chip in Your Shoulder
Should I get an RFID implant?

By Josh McHugh
Posted Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2004, at 3:25 PM PT

Last month, the FDA approved an implantable, rice-grain-sized microchip for use in humans. The tiny subcutaneous RFID chip, made by a company called VeriChip, is being marketed as a lifesaving device. If you're brought to an emergency room unconscious, a scanner in the hospital doorway will read your chip's unique ID. That will unlock your medical records from a database, allowing doctors to learn about your penicillin allergy or your pacemaker.

That all sounds great, but could chip implants be used for something more sinister? Scott Silverman, the CEO of VeriChip's parent corporation, acknowledges that RFID injections aren't an easy sell. In fact, the company's own research reveals that 9 out of 10 people find the whole thing creepy.

Nothing makes privacy lovers and conspiracy theorists blanch like people rolling up their sleeves to get injected with tiny electronic devices. But fears of an Enemy of the State- -like government tracking system overlook the fact that RFID chips can only be read at very short range. Will the chips let the FBI and National Security Agency watch implantees on some super-secret radar screen? Not likely. Could some stalker hobbyist hide a dozen RFID scanners around your neighborhood and track you from his garage? Possibly.

VeriChip's biggest human-chip market is Mexico. In July, the attorney general and 160 members of his staff were implanted with a chip in order to control access to a new government facility. Building security isn't the biggest part of VeriChip's south-of-the-border sales pitch, though. Mexico's kidnapping wave—the country's 3,000 abductions a year are second only to Colombia worldwide—has led VeriChip to partner with the National Foundation for the Investigation of Lost and Kidnapped Children. So far, 1,000 Mexican citizens have voluntarily had RFID chips implanted.

The idea of using RFID gear to thwart kidnappers betrays a fundamental misunderstanding—or a deliberate misrepresentation—of how the technology works. An RFID implant is useful for tracking within a controlled area like a warehouse—"Where's widget No. 4,343?"—but not so useful for the kind Tommy Lee Jones does in The Fugitive. The RFID readers now on the market have a maximum range of about 30 feet. To monitor kidnappings in progress, Mexico would need to install RFID readers in every building, office, store, and street corner.

Silverman concedes that the company's Mexican distributor may not have tried very hard to dispel the notion that VeriChips have GPS capabilities, which would be required for real remote tracking. VeriChip's parent company says a subdermal GPS device is now in development. But until a GPS implant becomes reality, implanted RFID chips will come in handy mostly in identifying dead bodies—that is, assuming kidnappers have the decency not to dig the chips out of their victims' arms. There are implementation problems with that fantasy RFID medical scheme, too. Once you've been chipped, you'll have to wait for VeriChip to connect its database—containing your medical records—with each hospital's individual system. By the time we get a national medical database, you'll probably have died of natural causes.

Maybe you shouldn't trust RFID to stop a kidnapping or to save your life in an emergency. Perhaps a more realistic suggestion is to use RFID implants to replace the tracking bracelets now imposed upon those who a) aren't trusted to be in the right place at the right time; and b) aren't given much of a choice: kids (at theme parks like Fort Lauderdale's Wannado City and Legoland in Denmark), the elderly, and prisoners. Though injection is unpleasant to think about, subdermal devices are far harder to remove—and, thus, far more reliable—than an external bracelet. And what about the lighter side of chip injection? Patrons of Barcelona's Baja Beach Club now pay for drinks via a system that links their VeriChip implants to their credit cards.

Any potential revolution in human tracking or mundane convenience comes with a fundamental insecurity. A scanner operating at the right wavelength can read an RFID chip. That means that any hobbyist can just buy an RFID reader and use it to keep tabs on the chip-implanted people that happen to walk by. Here's a list of RFID readers that can plug into various handheld computers—the 125 kHz readers, including this $425 model, would pick up a VeriChip. Models like this 2-inch-by-1-inch 125 kHz reader could be hidden quite easily. It wouldn't be hard for a tech-savvy stalker to rig his scanner to activate a camera whenever it detected an RFID chip. By logging the times that your implant was scanned, he could easily track your comings and goings

You could make your RFID chip unreadable by putting a blocking device like Mylar fabric or a metal plate between the chip and the reader. RFID chips could also be made to transmit their information in encrypted form, but VeriChip hasn't announced any plans to do so. Until it does, it might be best to keep RFID chips outside your epidermis. And a special message for all you kids out there: If your parents insist on microchip implantation, just make sure you've got some Mylar armbands lying around the house.

Still questioning whether Bush won?

No Force, No Fraud

11/12/04

A whole lot of Democrats have been wondering why the Kerry campaign didn't question the critical Ohio vote totals, since exit polls showed that he won the state, and there have been many reports of irregularities. After spending about $242 million fighting for the job, why concede with so many questions ... especially after bitching for 4 years about Republicans stealing the last election? I don't have an answer to that reasonable question, but I would bet that if we could get an honest answer, we just might learn a lot about the relationship between the two parties that have polarized our nation...

Formal demand for a recount of the presidential ballots cast in Ohio

In This Post

(1) What else to say to Blackwell: it's urgent you contact him TODAY because the provisionals are going to be counted tomorow(sat ,the 13th) and he's the tie breaker in all disputes

(2) Exciting new recount info-- 3rd party candidates will definetely request it. They just need money

The issue I mentioned earlier had to do with a brand new ruling in Cuyahoga County that provisional ballots in yellow packets must be “Rejected” if there is no “date of birth” on the packet. The Free Press obtained copies of the original “Provisional Verification Procedure” from Cuyahoga County which stated “Date of birth is not mandatory and should not reject a provisional ballot.” The original procedure required the voter’s name, address and a signature that matched the signature in the county’s database. http://www.freepress.org/columns/display/3/2004/985

In addition, once the provisional ballots start being counted Saturday, anytime there is a question of the legality of one of the ballots it will be voted on by two Democrats and two Republicans. If there is a tie (which I assume in most cases there would be), Ohio Secretary of State Blackwell breaks the tie.

CONTACT BLACKWELL NOW: SAY "The new rule requiring birthdays on the outside of provional vote packets are outrageous and must be negated! Furthermore, whenever when you are urged to break ties in provisional ballot disputes, I strongly urge you not to exclude votes based on technicalities. It is immoral to disenfranchise people in this way!"

--There is also exciting new information about recounting Ohio. David Cobb in conjuntion with Michael Badnarik, the 2004 presidential candidates for the Green and Libertarian parties, today announced their intentions to file a formal demand for a recount of the presidential ballots cast in Ohio.

The Cobb and Badnarik campaigns are in the process of raising the required fee, estimated at $110,000, for filing for a complete recount. The campaigns are accepting contributions through their websites. The Cobb-LaMarche website is http://www.votecobb.org . The Badnarik-Campagna contribution page is https://badnarik.org.

Ohio recount under way

Short version: spend 60 seconds asking Congress to investigate vote fraud in the last election by filling out the form at http://www.moveon.org/investigatethevote .

Long version (why you should do it): The vote fraud story has built momentum, such that mass media are barely maintaining the con that it's not newsworthy: Keith Olbermann/MSNBC has featured the story several days this week on his popular nightly newscast. Six congressmembers have made a formal request for a limited investigation, and Nader and Cobb (Green Party) are probably getting the recount in Ohio to which they're entitled. You can push that momentum just a little bit, with 90 seconds in a web form, asking Congress to investigate the vote count:
http://www.moveon.org/investigatethevote . It feels better than just accepting the fraud that stole your election, even if it doesn't change anything. And of course, if it can change the fraud to a legitimate count, it's your duty to spend 90 seconds protecting something that's taken centuries to build, and in which you will live for the rest of your life.

The initial presidential vote in Ohio turned out to be 137,000 more for Bush, out of 5,500,000. This week they're counting another 155,000 "provisional ballots", mostly Democrats "challenged" at their polling place by Republicans suppressing their vote. That new count alone could reduce the margin below 100,000 votes. One eVoting machine in Cincinnatti had added about 4,000 fake votes to Bush, and there are thousands of unrechecked eVoting machines across Ohio. Only 25 more fake results like that could have screwed up the original count, hiding a Kerry win in Ohio, and therefore the country.

Meanwhile, North Carolina eVoting problem reports are now so severe, they'll likely "revote", though they're not planning on revoting for President. Initial state result details are at
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/states/OH/P/00

Recounts will at least help destroy the fake media story that Bush's pathological liars have a "mandate" to do more damage in the second term than the first. Any significant change will make fraud harder in the future, and might even start reforms to the system - it will certainly make it harder to pretend that these rigged machines are OK in 2005, 2006, through 2008 and beyond. All you have to do to help is spend 60 seconds filling out a Web form, rather than just accept citizenship in a banana republic: http://www.moveon.org/investigatethevote

Dear Chairman Sensenbrenner:

I am writing to request that as head of the judiciary committee you subpoena some black boxes that contain votes from the 47 Florida counties that have suspicious tallies.

One would be asked to believe that 100% of Republicans, 50% of Democrats, and 100% of Independents all voted for President Bush, despite exit polls to the contrary. To further arouse suspicion, all these counties used the same optical scanner system.

Perhaps if you subpoened and examined the votes in some of these counties, you could put to rest the doubts and suspicions that many Americans harbor about the election. This would serve our country, our democracy, and help heal our great national divide.

Sincerely,

Donna Cinelli

In Conclusion

We, the undersigned, are also very much disturbed by President Bush's many references to the significance of Christian faith in the decisions that he has made as President of the United States. George W. Bush has called Jesus his "favorite philosopher", said that Jesus changed his life, and that his decisions are often guided by prayer. In fact, we feel that most of his actions as president have directly contradicted the philosophy of Jesus. Jesus said to feed, clothe, and shelter the "least of these", not to starve, strip, and bomb them.

Ist Satelliten-Ortung illegal?

11.11.2004 04:51

"Studien lassen nichts Gutes ahnen"

Chemtrail crisis: an overview and update

MORE CHEMTRAIL PATENTS

From the April 2001 Idaho Observer:

Chemtrail crisis: an overview and update

by Amy Worthington

It is no secret that America's military-industrial megalith is secretly altering the earth's atmosphere in frightening ways. Huge numbers of aircraft are now kept aloft to create "clouds" with ultra-tiny, ionized metallic particles. HAARP-generated microwave pulses are continually used to heat and agitate the ionosphere.

Synthetically manufactured chem-clouds desiccate the air and very effectively block the sun. The principles of this grotesque aerosol project are spelled out in a number of U.S patents. In 1974, persons associated with National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) obtained patent US3813875 for using barium to create ion clouds in the upper atmosphere. In 1991, Hughes Aircraft Company obtained patent US5003186, a method for seeding the greenhouse gas layer with tiny particles which include "oxides of metal , e.g., aluminum oxide." The patent states that one proposed solution to global warming was "to add the tiny particles to the fuel of jet airliners, so that the particles would be emitted from the jet engine exhaust while the airliner was at its cruising altitude....."

The 1996 Air Force document titled, Weather as a Force Multiplier, declares, "In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy...."

By 1998, this policy became rudely conspicuous. Blue skies have become a rarity. Demoralized citizens have become increasingly ill and angered, not only by the aerosol project itself, but by the arrogance of those who do whatever they please, the consequences be damned.

Intrepid chemtrail investigator Clifford Carnicom, despite having his life threatened and his phone continually tapped, has compiled data showing the atmosphere to be radically altered toward the alkaline. This indicates the abnormal presence of barium salts. Using spectroscopy and pH tests to prove his hypothesis, Carnicom warned that his findings have "major implications for both the chemistry and biology of the nation and the globe."

Carnicom also shrewdly discovered that, in 1997, U.S. officials altered national visibility standards, indicating anticipation of an aircraft aerosol operation to be conducted over large geographic regions. The old visibility standard of 40 miles has been reduced to 10 miles. And climatic archive data shows that visibility BELOW 10 miles is now a regular occurrence, in major contrast to the norm only four years ago.

In January CBS News reported on bizarre geo-engineering experiments proposed for global warming reduction. The report confirmed that one of the methods advocated by physicist Edward Teller is to fill the atmosphere with metallic particles to "scatter away 1 or 2 percent of the sunlight...the sooner the better."

Last December, a Canadian citizen complaining to his local air authority about sky-muck over Victoria, British Columbia, was told by that authority that the chemtrail formations were the result of a joint U.S. and Canadian military exercise. His explanation was caught on audio tape and played for radio listeners all over the Western Hemisphere. (We have not yet heard whether this uniquely candid official has been boiled in oil). Also recently, an FAA official confirmed in a taped interview with freelance radio reporter S.T. Brendt that he was told on four occasions in March to re-route commercial air traffic to accommodate a huge military aerial operation over the northeastern seaboard.

Radio talk show host Whitley Strieber recently carried on his website an unconfirmed report that a group of former military officers used a private jet to obtain a sample of aerosol material being emitted by a military cargo aircraft. Laboratory tests on that sample reportedly confirmed that the effluent contained both aluminum and barium.

Unfortunately, aluminum and barium are toxic to humans. Hapless populations sprayed continually with these substances are bound to exhibit symptoms of neurological damage and chronic illness. The toxic effects of barium are confirmed by a 1992 Department of Health and Human Services publication. It states that barium can cause breathing difficulties, increased blood pressure, changes in heart rhythm, stomach irritation, muscles weakness, swelling of the brain, as well as damage to the liver, kidney, heart and spleen. Barium was reportedly used by the U.S. as a weapon in the Gulf War to make the enemy weak and ill.

Aluminum is toxic to the nervous system and deleterious to the brain. Its effects on human health were recently illustrated when Canadians in Espanola, Ontario, reported mass illness after low-flying U.S. jets staffed their town with condensation trails containing aluminum coated fibers (chaff). Investigators found area rainwater contained seven times the allowable limit for aluminum exposure, as people complained of neck pain, breathing problems, headaches, burning eyes and dry coughs.

While the military "bombs" populated areas with microscopic pollution particles, the Environmental Protection Agency warns of health dangers from breathing such particles. Just last year, the EPA cited major studies which found that even moderate air pollution can trigger sudden death by changing heart rhythm in people with existing cardiac problems. "For air pollution to have such a substantial impact on public health and have it show up consistently is remarkable," said an EPA official quoted by the Los Angeles Times. While EPA wags its finger at industrial pollution, it consistently denies any knowledge of chemtrail pollution, despite the agency's furtive monitoring of chemtrail web sites where photographic reports of such pollution is constantly updated.

For over two years Congress has been deluged with public complaints about chemtrails and the illness that invariably accompanies heavy spray campaigns. Thus far, congressional reps answer angry inquiries with canned recitations that chemtrails are nothing but contrails that form when hot jet exhaust mixes with atmospheric air of low vapor pressure and temperature. These Con-cowards also invariably report that NOAA, the Air Force and the Department of Health and Human Services deny knowledge and responsibility for unusual aerosol activity. Such official prevarication only adds to public frustration and mistrust. And it certainly confirms widespread suspicion that government officials are lying whenever they move their mouths.

All of this is the "good" news. Next month, we will examine evidence of an even more sinister component of the international aerosol campaign -- that of non-consensual and very dangerous BIOLOGICAL testing now being conducted on the public at large.

Abstract:
A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions.

Presidential Candidates To Demand Ohio Recount

Nader takes on New Hampshire, Cobb & Badnarik take on Ohio, and Bev Harris/BBV take on Florida....Pass it on... Peace, Danny

Presidential Candidates To Demand Ohio Recount
http://www.sierratimes.com/04/11/11/Presidential_Candidates_To_Demand_Ohio_Recount.htm

David Cobb and Michael Badnarik, the 2004 Green and Libertarian presidential candidates, today announced their joint intent to secure a recount of presidential ballots cast in Ohio. "Due to widespread reports of irregularities in Ohio's voting process, we are compelled to demand a recount of the Ohio presidential vote," the two candidates said in a joint statement. "Voting is at the heart of the American political process and its integrity must be preserved. When Americans stand in line for hours to exercise their right to vote, they need to know that their votes will be counted fairly and accurately. We are acting to protect the rights of the people of Ohio, and the rights of all Americans. Public trust in the democratic process is at stake."

The candidates also demanded that Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell, a Republican who chaired the Ohio Bush campaign, recuse himself from the recount process.

Ohio's election proceedings were marred by numerous press and independent reports of voter intimidation, mis-marked and discarded ballots, problems with electronic voting machines and disenfranchisement -- apparently by design -- of African-American voters. A number of citizen and voting rights organizations will hold hearings this Saturday in Columbus, Ohio to give an airing to, and investigate, these claims.

Sincerely,

Daniel P. Welch
