Towards a microwave-based future?
Please, note that I have got yet another commentary published, this time in the Finnish newspaper "Vasabladet", February 28, 2005, with the title "Mot en framtid bland mikrovågor?" ("Towards a microwave-based future?"; in Swedish). [In Scandinavia, it is very common that newspapers have separate pages for such commentaries or debate articles, including separate ones for "readers comments" --- I do not know if this is common also in other parts of the world, in English-speaking newspapers - if so, please, send me e-mail adresses to which such commentaries can be sent, I do have some in English ready to be sent...]
In addition, please, keep your eyes open for our next publications that right now are "in press" or "accepted for publication" (more details will come as soon as they are out):
Rajkovic V, Matavulj M, Johansson O, "The effect of extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields on skin and thyroid amine- and peptide-containing cells in rats. An immunohistochemical and morphometrical study", Environ Res 2005, in press (this study, of course, has an enormous importance for people with the physical impairment electrohypersensitivity)
Hallberg Ö, Johansson O, "FM broadcasting exposure time and malignant melanoma incidence", Electromagn Biol Med, 2005, accepted for publication (our on-going 'story' regarding skin cancer continuous...)
Due to several factors, including illness, I am currently very much behind with my mail, e-mails, faxes, etc., which I am truly sorry for. I am working my way through all of it, but it is taking time. So, if you lack a reply regarding some letter or e-mail, please, be patient. Answers will appear (but it will take some extra time). You do not need to send any reminders yet, hold for a couple of more days.
