THE PUBLIC NEEDS PROTECTION
OUR HEALTH AUTHORITIES NEED TO ACT NOW

Quote-did not prove that mobile phones are a risk to health but concluded that more research is needed to see if effects can also be found outside a lab.- Unquote

Outside of the lab -studies are on-going everyday. The results are being placed in boxes and placed six feet under ground !!

[...] I was just reminding Robert that "Get real", the WHO is not going to do anything for the public health. Because no matter what the weight of evidence will be, no matter how many more studies will be published in the peer review journals proving the radiation damage, they will continue ignore exactly that- the weight of evidence.

And I can give you references if you want, but I have the feeling that you know very well that this radiation breaks DNA for breakfast, changes the brain waves patterns for lunch, and opens the blood brain barrier for supper.[...] excerpt from an email to John Moulder.

Iris

Thankyou for your information.

Once again I take this opportunity to remind everyone (is anyone listening?) that EM radiation effects are CUMULATIVE !! Never lose sight of that word - 'cummulative.'

It sounds very simple and basic I know and not at all profound but when taken in to the over-all picture it is probably the single most important aspect of radiation. And I will continue to harass anyone at any opportunity in discussing EMR to remember that it is CUMULATIVE.

Also, EMR effects ALL living systems. Including birds. (Thankyou Milt - I owe you).

In order to raise awareness in the market we need to decribe 'cell-phones' as what they really are which is 'microwave phones'. We don't refer to trains, trucks and bus's as 'terrain re-locators' then why the hell do we refer to microwave phones by the name 'cel'? That only describes their geograhical coverage pattern?

Basic Cognitive Science.

Once the public (the $$market) is aware that microwave radiation can be dangerous it follows they will show concern about sticking a mini microwave oven in their collective ears.

The message is simple -

1. EMR is cumulative
2. microwave phones emit EMR.

There is not a single scientist on this planet today that can deny those two brief simple statements.

Basic Cognitive Science - it could be helpful.

John [Moulder], I enclose a sample of the references, anyway, there are two things you miss:

A. you ignore the mechanisms that can lead to cancer not only by simply breaking the DNA. Cancer can be caused by calcium efflux at 16Hz, by activating HSP70, opening the blood brain barrier leads to toxins in the brain hence also cancer. Don't be with the head into the wall, because every interruption to the cells communications has a carcinogenic potential, and now there is the REFLEX project which is FULL WITH GENOTOXIC EFFECTS.

B. I am citing Lenart Hardell: "Even a beginner in science knows that only the hypothesis of no effect can be refuted, while a positive finding cannot be balanced by a negative result."

Why do you think the WHO has the right to ignore all the below, and "delete" them by arguing that researchers that don't expose the animals in holidays and weekends, (Kuchel-Utteridge), having one of the most critisized study in the history of BEMS science, deserve any respect in even icluding them in the weight of evidence?

The weight of evidence as the WHO presents it is not balanced, it is biased, by including data that are simply biased studies just for the file building.

Moulder email No. 3:

Calcium efflux: Even if the RFR effect is real (and the claims are very difficult to reproduce), it has no known connection to cancer.

Yes it has, and Ross Adey explained it beautifully.

Even if the RFR effect is real (and it does not appear to be), the connection to cancer is wildly speculative.

No it is not speculative, HSP is a stress protein, even Kuchel knows what it causes, and used stressed mice in tubes and it biased the results of the study.

since RFR does not cause brain cancer in rodents

That's not true. How do you call a DNA break in rats brains within two hours? (Lai & Singh) Since your assumption is not right, your conclusion is not right also. Of course BBB can cause cancer in rodents. Salford saw the BBB leakage in animals and openned BBB gives an easy way for carcinogens (e.g chemicals) to cause cancer.

That is an argument that all biologically active agents have carcinogenic potential and ignores the issue of dose. No. I did not say just biologically active, I said interrupting to cell to cell communication. Cell to cell communication is a growth regulation mechanism of the cells. Cancer is caused by interrupting it. Germanium is a biologically active substance and it is not a carcinogen. Amino acids are biologically active but are not carcinogens. Dose: the non- ionizing radiation is shown to have effects even with almost zero intensity, but with certain frequencies. There is no safe dose here, and the chemicals toxicity model is not valid in RF because of a non-linear link and windows effects. Igor Y. Belyaev, from the WHO EMF project did a beautiful work about it with more than 50 references.

An unpublished study in cells that is contradicted by numerous other published studies in cells and by direct assessment of carcinogenic potential in animals. What happened to "weight-of-evidence"? 4 years, 10 participants (representing countries), lots of genotoxic effects, almost 300 pages of report, European Union project, very serious data. I suggest you read it. Good pictures.

Your list of references is rather out-dated You make me laugh. you cannot undermine such a serious work of years, or should I put it like Repachli - undermine the millions invested in these studies. Talk about out-dated- the ICNIRP + WHO standards assesment is based on studies much much older than these. The IEEE bases it's evaluations on studies from more than 17 years ago. Salford is from 2003 by the way! I wonder why the RF and the EMF areas show similar results, if they are so different. Reba Goodman work also shows consistent results, but not just hers, also Igor Belyaev, from the WHO project, and more, as you know and ignore.

You need to look at all the studies. I look at all the studies. I also look who funded them, how the results were manipulated and controlled by the study design, you see, I don't accept everything that I see as the truth, I want to see it is reliable. From a first glance at the studies you sent me I recognize industry funded studies, and I see also the study that was used by the industry to try to refute Lai's studies, but it didn't really repeat Lai's, exactly as Kuchel's study was not a replication of Repacholi's study, but used by industry to claim so.

I would suggest that you look the following before you make sweeping claims about the "weight-of-evidence". I cannot accept any suggestion from someone whose idea for filtering studies is to give green light to a very biased work of Kuchel, I not only think but I know that your idea of "weighing" the evidence is biased, you are NOT the person to judge the evidence, because YOU WORK FOR THE INDUSTRY AND EVERYTHING YOU SAY IS DERIVED OF THAT FACT.

Before you allow yourself even suggest to others how to read science, I suggest you weigh the weight of evidence of your being in a position of conflicts of interests, hence your claims are not scientific, they are PR in a mask of references. If you had any respect for science and scientific evidence, you would have never allowed a study like Kuchel's go to print.
