Contact Sen Byrd to Contest Certification of Electoral College Vote Count
PLEASE CONTACT U.S. SENATOR ROBERT C. BYRD (Democrat - West Virginia) TO CONTEST THE JAN. 6, 2005 CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTE COUNT
Current data and affidavits documenting election irregularities and fraud--particularly in Ohio and Florida--indicate that Kerry may actually have won the 2004 election. On December 13 the Electoral College cast its votes based on fraudulent vote tallies. The Secretaries of State then transmitted their Electoral College vote counts to the president of the U.S. Senate, who will announce the national total on Jan. 6, 2005 before a joint session of Congress.
Congress will then certify the vote unless at least one
Please Forward
Representative and one Senator contests the election. Several Representatives stand ready to do this. Only one senator is needed now. Senator Barbara Boxer has refused. Please urge Democratic Senator Robert C. Byrd of West Virginia -- currently our most outspoken critic of Bush administration policies in the U.S. Senate -- to stand against U.S. election fraud by contesting the Electoral College vote count. Be sure to contact Byrd's office before 5 PM Eastern, Wednesday, Jan 5, 2005.
