I am incredulous that your company and NIH are developing a vaccine, especially a nasally administered vaccine that will have a 21 day shedding period (for children) and an even LONGER shedding period for adults for something as incredibly virulent as Avian Flu.
Does Medimmune dispute the fact that even with attenuated viruses, approximately 1 out of 1000 people will get the disease the vaccine is intended to protect against FROM THE VACCINE ITSELF?
Do you deny the existence of the government created VACCINE INJURY TRUST FUND which is fully delineated under Title 26 USC?

Its one thing to create a vaccine for an ordinary flu virus, and altogether ANOTHER thing to create a vaccine, especially a NASALLY ADMINISTERED vaccine which will cause SNEEZING for a virulent disease like Avian Flu which the Centers for Disease Control says has a "76%" death rate for those infected. Don't you REALIZE that 1 out of 1000 people gets the disease that a vaccine is intended to protect AGAINST?
