Without the right to private property ownership, and the control of it without government interference, there is no liberty or freedom. This is, of course, referring to the opinion by the justices in Kelo v. City of New London (Connecticut). Liberty -- freedom -- means to not be under government control. In understanding this travesty against justice and America, we must understand that the United States Supreme Court is not the one supreme Court created by the Constitution in Article III.
