Families Make Plans to Skip Military Draft

The article below indicates families with teen-aged children are taking the threat of a military draft very seriously. As soldiers are placed on "stop loss" and more Reserve and National Guard are ordered to fight in the deepening quagmire in Iraq, the prospect for forced military conscription of both men and women aged 18 to 34 increases.
