Public Health SOS
Camilla Rees and I have written a book called "Public Health SOS: The Shadow Side of the Wireless Revolution". The National Institute for Science, Law and Public Policy (NISLAPP) has just sent this book to all US Senators and Congressmen and thousands of environmental journalists. We hope this will go a long way in helping to raise awareness.
www.amazon,com carries copies of this book for $20. Proceeds will go to fund research and to help NGOs/charitable groups dealing with electrosmog and EHS.
Here is the press release from Trent University. Please note that the link at the end of the pdf is flawed but you can connect at: http://electromagnetichealth.org/electromagnetic-health-blog/wireless-technologies-cause-harm-to-children-and-adults-legislators-and-journalists-are-told/
Feel free to forward to others as you see fit.

‘Electrosmog’ is an Emerging Public Health Issue
The Public News Service distributed a report stating that "Electrosmog is an Emerging Public Health Issue" to newspapers, radio and TV stations across the US this past week.

The audio version is in the top right corner, click arrow to play.
Ironically the U.S. FDA has revamped its Web site which advises consumers about the safety of cell phones. The FDA's message is very clear: There is no radiation risk.
Read all about it at:
http://www.microwavenews.com
[ "most" studies: - the FDA has responsibility for the non-majority studies if they show risk. "If there is a risk from being exposed to radiofrequency energy (RF) from cell phones it is probably very small" - there is no small risk for 300 millions citizens. How does the FDA refer to industry funded studies, do they receive the same weight as non industry funded? This is insane, it's worse than their drugs policy, because with drugs they do warn of side effects.
Iris Atzmon ]
Who is right?
Is it the FDA who state that they do "not review the safety of radiation-emitting consumer products such as cell phones and similar wireless devices before they can be sold, as it does with new drugs or medical devices" or it is the hundreds of scientists, public health and medical professionals who are documenting the adverse biological and health effects of electromagnetic exposure at levels well below the existing federal guidelines?
Feel free to distribute this email to those who many be interested.
