Since the late 1960s, every president winning a second term has found his administration embroiled in a scandal of some sort. For those of us who truly love liberty and yearn for the days [when] politicians at least played at honoring their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, perhaps a nice juicy scandal will stop the second Bush administration from totally destroying this country. For those of you who have read the above and declared me a bitter Kerry supporter, you could not be further from the truth. As I have said before, the only thing I liked about Kerry was that he made even Bush look intelligent. ... Nixon was blasted from office by the scandal of Watergate. Reagan had the Iran/Contra affair, and Bill Clinton had Monicagate and an impeachment. ... It would certainly appear that Dubya might be ripe for his scandal as well...
