3,600 People to Challenge Voting Rights in Ohio
According to a representative from nonpartisan Election Protection coalition, "The Secretary of State [of Ohio] should protect the rights of legitimate voters, not curtail them. He should make decisions that bring more voters to the polls, not keep them away. He should clear the path to the ballot box, not put up barriers. There should be nothing to fear, and everything to gain, from a massive voter turnout in Ohio." Veterans for Common Sense believes election officials should remain nonpartisan, because it avoids partisan conflicts of interest.
