White House allegedly wrote Allawi speech

After several newspapers printed side-by-side comparisons of President George Bush's speech with Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi's speech, many nearly identical quotes were found. As a result, U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein (D-California) wants to know who in the Bush Administration wrote the Iraqi dictator's speeches.
