The Sum of Alito Fears

Environmentalists are alarmed at Samuel Alito's nomination to the Supreme Court. He has demonstrated a judicial philosophy of limiting the scope of federal legislation based on the Commerce Clause, which is the basis for nearly every major federal environmental law in the US.
