ABSTRACT

A method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region which normally exists above the earth's surface. The region is excited by electron cyclotron resonance heating to thereby increase its charged particle density. In one embodiment, circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation is transmitted upward in a direction substantially parallel to and along a field line which extends through the region of plasma to be altered. The radiation is transmitted at a frequency which excites electron cyclotron resonance to heat and accelerate the charged particles. This increase in energy can cause ionization of neutral particles which are then absorbed as part of the region thereby increasing the charged particle density of the region.

Method For Producing a Shell of Relativistic Particles at an Altitude Above the Earth's Surface

ABSTRACT

A method for establishing a region of a high density, high energy plasma at an altitude of at least about 1500 kilometers above the earth's surface. Circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation is transmitted at a first frequency substantially parallel to an earth's magnetic field line to excite electron cyclotron resonance heating in normally occurring plasma at an altitude of at least about 250 kilometers to generate a mirror force which lifts said plasma to said altitude of at least about 1500 kilometers. Heating is continued at a second frequency to expand the plasma to the apex of said field line whereupon at least some of the plasma is trapped and oscillates between mirror points on said lines. The plasma will be contained within adjacent field lines and will drift to form a shell of relativistic particles around a portion of the earth.

WEATHER MODIFICATION WITH HIGH POWER ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIOTION

Subject: Upper Fl, Keys...THE MOST HORRIFYING!!!!! HAARP STORM!!!!!

Okay gang I hope I can remain semi composed here to write this missive. I'm literally still shaking from fear over the storm we just had. Being a former meteorologist and lover of weather and storms this storm scared the s... out of us. My other and I sat on living room floor holding each other and the 4 leggeds in what seemed like the end of the world. I'm not making this up ya'll or hyping this up. I'm reporting what I see. I was in the middle of reading a missive on CTTUSA3. The house started to literally shake and vibrate from the thunder coming in off the Gulf. It had been thundering since 9 p.m. and but could see no lightning but you could feel the rumbles in the house. Then the china in the china cabinet started rattling, windows vibrating. I got up to go outside and the sky was full of purple!!!! lightning bolts that covered the entire sky!!!. The air and ground both literally shook and a few drops of rain were falling. The clouds were literally an undulating mass churning and the HAARP clouds were creepy in the constant electrical storm. My other was sitting on the porch and told me to come as I was starting to get wet. The air literally shook with the most intense booming and very long long booming and weird crackling sounds.

The wife said "This is EVIL!!!!" and she couldn't have been more correct. Goosebumps on my arms and the hairs on back of my neck standing up. I grabbed two pieces of Orgonite gave one to her and one for me and told her to hold it and use intent on killing this man made Scalar HAARP storm but we didn't have enough time. The rain was coming in fits...real hard and big drops then it would totally stop. The thunder was non stop with one earth shaking booom after another. Here is where it gets horrifying gang if it wasn't horrifying enough already!!!!

All of a sudden the thunder stopped, the rain stopped, the incessant lightning stopped and it got so quiet you couldn't hear a sound!!!!!..it was really creepy. Then the sky literally began to glow!!!! blue, white and tints of purple and it undulated like an Aurora Borealis/Northern Lights. Skies were totally overcast and you could see the weird HAARP clouds and they literaly became ELECTRIFIED!!!!!. I've been noticing this strange glow all evening and commented on it in an earlier missive. It wasn't the moonlight either. I never in my 41 years have seen this. I sat back down on the chair on the porch holding tight on our orgonite.

All of a sudden we both were momentarily blinded and the loudest explosion from HAARP induced Thunder. The power went out and we both we literally screaming on the porch. I hit the floor laying prone like any Marine would in reaction to such a noise. My other was screaming hysterically. We grabbed the two 4 leggeds that were out on porch with us and ran into the dark house. Grabbing flashlights we started lighting candles. Lightning must have hit a transformer as the whole neighborhood was black. Then the rain started. I NEVER saw it rain the likes of which it did. In 1 hour we received over 7 INCHES!!!! of rain.

We got the corded phone out of closet that we keep for hurricanes as when power goes out the cordless is useless. We called power company to report the outage. The rain just kept coming harder and harder and harder. The house was illuminated with blinding flash after blinding flash. I ran around in the dark house with flash light unplugging everything.Then that same thunder, those horrifying, deafening cracks incessantly started. I could literally see the lightning bolts hitting around our house at neighbors. Neighbors garage got hit. My other she started crying she was so scared. The 4 leggeds were barking and they were frantic and they NEVER bark at thunder. One of them started peeing on the floor as he was walking and barking he was so scared. We both grabbed each other and 5 dogs. Between the rain and the thunder so loud we could hardly hear one another talk. It was like one constant loud explosion, one right after another. Finally it passed and we started checking things around the house. Kitchen floor had large puddle, It rained so hard it came down through the vent for exhaust fan over stove. So started sopping up the water. Finally the storm had passed and we went out to porch, still no electricity I could see the moonlight. Lightning...purple, yellow and brown colorations were shooting out the billowing clouds into a absolutely filthy chem haze laden sky. Moon has a chem bow around it and is putrid color. Our yard was a lake. My eyes and nose started burning the air was so full of chemicals, the smell was awful. I was trying to check for damage from lightning strikes with the flashlight. Garage seemed okay and the neighbors garage appears fine.

What I could see in the street from headlights was all the yards were full of water. My wife said in the 32 years she's lived here in this house she's never seen the streets and yards flood like they did. I took a walk and the neighboring conveince store parking lot and side lots was shin deep in water and gasoline smell everywhere!!!!. I ran back to the house and dialed 911. The flooding rains must have gotten into the gasoline tanks.

Power company got here and I could see the truck at the entrance to our subdivision. Power came back on. Electronics okay, computer okay and here I am writing this.

Well gang I'm calmed down now. The shaking stopped. 4 leggeds are all in there favorite places now asleep. My other had to take a tranquilizer pill and is now watching t.v. She said she's never seen a storm like that in all her life and she's lived in the Fl. Keys most of her life. She kept saying..."God is gonna pay em back" , "THEY are messing with God's creation and THEY will pay dearly"

This was a man made, scalar HAARP storm gang. I never seen the clouds glow, the light shimmering and undualting, literally electrified. Scared the s... out of us and I don't scare easily. For a little while it seemed as though the world was coming to an end. The sky is absolutely filthy right now with chems and fresh trails being laid. Low level ragged clouds are moving at extreme speed across the sky.

Get this gang. When I checked the National Weather Service Radar for Miami and Key West both showed fairly benign looking and rather small blobs. Normally it should have been short lived and not very much rain. Don't trust the radar... as we all know that anyway and the satellite.

Well gang time to send this, read some posts so I can calm down some more... More long duration rumbles coming in off Gulf. Checked radar again and round 2 of HAARP storms should be here by 2-2:30 a.m. Going to go outside and take a peek.

Thanks for bearing with me ya'll on this long missive. I feel better now and have calmed back down.

Before the events of September 11, 2001, the thought of American Military being given the authority to shoot down American civilian airliners loaded with passengers over U.S. territory was inconceivable. Now this and many other measures are necessary for the safety and security of the nation.

The attacks were aimed not only at people, government and military but also on the economy, which in the long run could end up harming the entire world. Extreme measures were taken to minimize the initial damage to an already fragile economy; closed U.S. markets, a surprise interest rate cut of half a percent prior to the markets opening, an extended share buy back program for companies. These measures didn’t stop the initial five-day decrease on the Dow of 14.3%, the NASDAQ, which lost over 16%, and the S&P 500 lost over 11%.

Then beginning on Monday Oct 1st, 2001 the storm returned at precisely 9:30 AM (the same time the major U.S. stock Markets open!) Positive ions increased while negative decreased! Two extreme geomagnetic storms in two weeks that both started at precisely the time the Stock Markets opened for the week, wow what a coincidence.

HAARP: VANDALISM IN THE SKY?

Technonet is the protest form of the 1990s-picketing on the information highways. For example, a fast-growing assortment of men and women around the world are using the Internet (started by the US military for information transfer and exchange that would never be interfered with) to draw attention to a questionable military project in Alaska. Now these Internetting, e-mailing, faxing folks are blowing holes in the US Department of Defense secrecy wall by using the government's own system. The printed-word part of the protest started when Dennis Specht, an anti-nuclear activist then living in Alaska, sent a news item to NEXUS on the topic of HAARP-the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program.

Then, an Alaskan political activist and science researcher in Anchorage, Nick Begich, networked with Patrick and Gael Crystal Flanagan, who are self-described "technomonks" living in Sedona, Arizona, and was told to check out that same Australian-based magazine. Begich was surprised to see an item from his home town in NEXUS and immediately headed to the local library to dig out the documents cited in the article. That research led to articles and the book, Angels Don't Play this HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology, which is 230 pages of detailed information on this intrusive project. This article will only give highlights. Despite the amount of research (350 footnotes), at its heart it is a story about ordinary people who took on an extraordinary challenge.

HAARP BOILS THE UPPER ATMOSPHERE - HAARP will zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an 'ionospheric heater'. (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth's upper atmosphere. It ranges between about 40 to 600 miles above Earth's surface.) Put simply, the apparatus for HAARP is a reversal of a radio telescope: antennas send out signals instead of receiving. HAARP is the test run for a super-powerful radio wave beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto Earth and penetrate everything-living and dead. HAARP publicity gives the impression that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, other US military documents put it more clearly: HAARP aims to learn how to "exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes".

Communicating with submarines is only one of those purposes. Press releases and other information from the military on HAARP continually downplay what it could do. Publicity documents insist that the HAARP project is no different than other ionospheric heaters operating safely throughout the world in places such as Arecibo, Puerto Rico; Troms? Norway; and the former Soviet Union. However, a 1990 government document indicates that the radio frequency (RF) power zap will drive the ionosphere to unnatural activities: "...at the highest HF powers available in the West, the instabilities commonly studied are approaching their maximum RF energy dissipative capability, beyond which the plasma processes will 'run away' until the next limiting factor is reached." If the military, in cooperation with the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, can show that this new ground-based "Star Wars" technology is sound, they both win.

The military has a relatively inexpensive defence shield and the university can brag about the most dramatic geophysical manipulation since atmospheric explosions of nuclear bombs. After successful testing, they would have the military megaprojects of the future and huge markets for Alaska's North Slope natural gas. Looking at the other patents which built on the work of a Texas physicist named Bernard Eastlund, it becomes clearer how the military intends to use the HAARP transmitter. It also makes governmental denials less believable. The military knows how it intends to use this technology, and has made it clear in their documents. The military has deliberately misled the public through sophisticated word games, deceit and outright disinformation. The military says the HAARP system could:

* give the military a tool to replace the electromagnetic pulse effect of atmospheric thermonuclear devices (still considered a viable option by the military through at least 1986);

* replace the huge Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) submarine communication system operating in Michigan and Wisconsin with a new and more compact technology;

* be used to replace the over-the-horizon radar system that was once planned for the current location of HAARP, with a more flexible and accurate system;

* provide a way to wipe out communications over an extremely large area, while keeping the military's own communications systems working;

* provide a wide-area Earth-penetrating tomography which, if combined with the computing abilities of EMASS and Cray computers, would make it possible to verify many parts of nuclear nonproliferation and peace agreements;

* be a tool for geophysical probing to find oil, gas and mineral deposits over a large area;

* be used to detect incoming low-level planes and cruise missiles, making other technologies obsolete. The above abilities seem like a good idea to all who believe in sound national defence and to those concerned about cost-cutting.

However, the possible uses which the HAARP records do not explain, and which can only be found in US Air Force, Army, Navy and other federal agency records, are alarming. Moreover, effects from the reckless use of these power levels in our natural shield-the ionosphere-could be cataclysmic, according to some scientists. Two Alaskans put it bluntly. A founder of the NO HAARP movement, Clare Zickuhr, says: "The military is going to give the ionosphere a big kick and see what happens." The military failed to tell the public that they do not know what exactly will happen, but a Penn State science article brags about that uncertainty. Macho science? The HAARP project uses the largest energy levels yet played with, by what Begich and Manning call "the big boys with their new toys".

It is an experiment on the sky, and experiments are done to find out something not already known. Independent scientists told Begich and Manning that a HAARP-type 'skybuster' with its unforeseen effects could be an act of global vandalism. HAARP HISTORY The patents described below were the package of ideas which were originally controlled by ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Company, one of the biggest oil companies in the world. APTI was the contractor that built the HAARP facility. ARCO sold this subsidiary, the patents and the second phase construction contract to E-Systems in June 1994. E-Systems is one of the biggest intelligence contractors in the world, doing work for the CIA, defence intelligence organisations and others. US$1.8 billion of their annual sales are to these organisations, with $800 million for black projects-projects so secret that even the United States Congress isn't told how the money is being spent. E-Systems was bought out by Raytheon which is one of the largest defence contractors in the world.
