As you may know, defending health freedom is an intensive task. It requires strong marketing, strong legal tactics, strong presentation skills, and a strong stomach. We at the Natural Solutions Foundation (sponsors of HealthFreedomUSA.org) will keep going strong to defend health freedom, no matter the ups and downs we face in our chosen task. FIFTH PHONE MAST VIGIL

After four and a half years of resistance, the first phase of the Byron Avenue phone mast battle ended last Wednesday when the 11.79 metre monopole was erected. The second phase of the campaign - to get the mast removed, begins this Wednesday when campaigner Karen Barratt holds her fifth twenty-four hour vigil on the site. She is asking everyone, who wishes to see Orange withdraw from Byron Avenue, to visit her anytime from noon on Wednesday 20 July to noon on Thursday 21 July and sign a message to the company’s Chief Executive.

Campaigners are proud that they have enabled so many children to complete their time at Western Primary School in a safe and secure environment but are worried about those who are still there. “My grandson attends the school and my little grand-daughter starts in September,” says Karen Barratt. “The Planning Inspector who gave Orange permission for this mast accepted that the beam of greatest intensity falls across the school. We have to continue this fight.” She is urging new parents to get involved in the campaign and says that moving children to other schools is no solution because the number of masts required for third generation phones means other schools are under similar threat.

Many seemingly authoritative figures, not all of them partisan shills, say that the American economy has fully recovered from the recession that began in 2001. They point to the unemployment rate, which has fallen from a peak of 6.3 percent in 2003 to 5 percent last month. That's not quite as low as the 4.2 percent unemployment rate in February 2001, when the recession began, but it's fairly low by historical standards.

For some reason, however, the public isn't feeling prosperous. Gallup tells us that only 3 percent of Americans describe the economy as "excellent," and only 33 percent describe it as "good."

Maybe people are just ungrateful. Maybe they've been misled by negative media reports. Maybe they're grumpy about their paychecks: adjusted for inflation, average weekly earnings have been flat for the past five years. Or maybe the figures on unemployment are giving a false signal.

Thank you for your email dated July 2nd concerning mobile phone masts and energy efficiency.

I am extremely concerned about telecommunications masts and the planning system. A greater number of masts have been constructed than was originally anticipated. These masts pose a far more serious threat to the environment now than when planning policy concerning telecommunications was first drafted to kick start the industry 20 years ago. The Government is not doing nearly enough to deal with genuine environmental and health concerns, despite the recommendation of caution from an independent panel of scientists, nor to allow local authorities to deal with the concerns of local people. Furthermore, the Government is not reacting quickly enough to the expansiveness and mast erecting fever of some of the mobile communications companies.

I believe that there is a fundamental need for a change to the way the planning system is configured to deal with the erection of new mobile phone masts. It is imperative that a greater say over the siting of masts is returned to local communities through democratically elected local government. Additionally, I am convinced that health concerns should be allowed to be considered where masts are to be put up near schools, hospitals or residential areas.

The points that you raise on energy efficiency are both interesting and important, and further add to the increasing evidence of environmental damage that is caused by mobile phone masts being erected. I will ensure that my colleague the Shadow Secretary of State for Local Government and Communities, Caroline Spelman MP, is aware of the figures that you raise on the energy consumption of 3G masts. I feel sure that she will be raising these issues with the Government and challenging them on how they intend to take action.

Damit wird auch meine Botschaft noch wichtiger als bisher.

Die Forderung der Gewerkschaft der Polizei ist wohl begründet und technisch solide durchführbar. Jedes gestohlene Handy läßt sich über die Netzbetreiber sicher zwangsabschalten. Diesen sachkundigen Hinweis gab ich bereits in einer früheren email. Die zu wenigen Antworten von Politikern haben aber keine Hoffnung auf Absichten zur schnellen Realisierung durchdachter einfacher machbarer Lösungen gebracht: Es verfestigt sich immer deutlicher der Eindruck, daß die Damen und Herren im Raumschiff Politik weitab von Realitäten und weitab von den Sorgen der Bürger nur den eigenen Machterhalt und Nabelschau betreiben und fach- und sachkundige Bürger nur als Störenfriede betrachten, die man mit eingeübten pastoralen nichtssagenden Antworten ruhigstellen muß. Dabei bleiben in zwangsläufiger Folge die geschädigten Bürger und die überforderte Polizei auf der Strecke. Der Begriff des Schutzmannes muß wohl im Denken von bürgerfernen Politikern verloren gegangen sein.

Als Insider der Branche habe ich ausreichendes technisches Wissen, um die Machbarkeit sicher zu beurteilen und weiß, daß zur sicheren Realisierung nicht mehr als 6 Monate erforderlich wären.

Jede anderslautende Meldung der Netzbetreiber ist unzutreffend.

Es war schon zu Zeiten meiner aktiven Berufstätigkeit ein fachlich unstreitiges Thema, die im Telefonat genutzten Handy's in jedem Gespräch zusammen mit der Rufnummer über den unveränderbaren Identitäts-Code (dem Fingerprint) des zentralen CHIPs erkennungsdienstlich zu erfassen. Hätte man nicht aus Gründen der geringen Software-Ersparnis diese bereits erprobten und diskutierten Sicherheiten bewußt gekillt, wäre das heutige Problem auch nie entstanden. Da aber die Netzbetreiber mit großer wirtschaftlicher Macht auch die öffentlichen Äußerungen der Hersteller vorbestimmen, sollten Sie als Leser dieser Zeilen sich hüten, den gehalts- und auftragsabhängigen Experten die brutal erzwungenen gegenteiligen Äußerungen zu glauben.

Jedes geklaute oder anderweitig verlorene Handy könnte blitzschnell über eine Webseite ähnlich der homebanking-Software mit hohem Paßwortschutz inaktiv geschaltet werden. Alle Netzbetreiber müßten die Sperrmeldungen automatisiert über Zentral-Dateien austauschen, damit auch der Austausch der SIM-Karte mit der Rufnummer das Handy in einem anderen Funknetz nicht wieder funktionsfähig machen kann. Jede andere Lösung, die nicht den Ursprungs-Ident-Code des zentralen CHIPs ausliest und im Aufbau des Funkgespräches zwingend übermittelt, läßt sich von findigen Hackern aushebeln. Die Form der zu realsierenden Sicherheitsfaktoren muß ein Gesetz und eine technische Verordnung zwingend bestimmen. Die notwendigen Lösungen werden schnell von der Hacker-Scene getestet und dürften innerhalb eines Jahres den notwendigen Software-Reifeprozeß durchlaufen haben. Zum Sicherheits-Konzept in der Software habe ich noch wichtige Grundlagen bereitliegen.

Zum Nachweis meiner Fach- und Sachkunde:

1992 war ich als verantwortlicher Mitarbeiter einer Tochterfirma der ericsson-AG aus Schweden in Hannover auf dem Messegelände am Aufbau der ersten GSM-DECT3-Demonstrationsanlage für das erste Handy-Gespräch zwischen dem damaligen Minister Herrn Schwarz-Schilling und seinem ungarischen Amtskollegen aktiv eingebunden.

Lange vorher war ich mit dem Berufskollegen Herrn Volker Remme aus Münster gut bekannt. Die Firma Remme betreute die Versuchs-Anlage mit einer DECT1-Anlage in Münster. Ich kannte auch die damaligen Praxis-Auswertungen.

Schon damals waren Verluste und Diebstähle ein ganz aktuelles und hochkritisches Thema. Vorläufer der Handy's gab es ja bereits als betriebsinterne Funktelefone in Krankenhäusern und Fabriken. Das Verlust-Problem aus Diebstählen gab es schon über lange Zeit in bedeutender großer Aktualität.

Mein direkter Arbeitgeber (die niederländische Firma NIRA) hatte als bedeutendsten Kunden in Deutschland die BfA mit sämtlichen Kliniken ausgestattet. Im Zuge der Branchen-Konzentration wurde NIRA in Emmen NL von ericsson Schweden aufgekauft.

Ich war ab der Wende Geschäftstellenleiter der Firma NIRA in Berlin mit der Zuständigkeit für die neuen Bundesländer.

Nebenher beriet ich Bundestags-Abgeordnete und erfuhr später, daß aus meinen Vorschlägen auch praktische Lösungen bei der Post angewandt wurden.

Am Montag (18.7.) ist der letzte Eintragungstag für das Volksbegehren "Gesundheitsvorsorge beim Mobilfunk". Markus Hollemann, der örtliche Sprecher des Volksbegehrenbündnisses, ruft die Wahlberechtigten zur Unterstützung der Initiative auf: "Das ist die letzte Möglichkeit, mit einer Unterschrift im Rathaus für sein eigenes Mitspracherecht zu unterschreiben. Am Montag entscheidet sich, ob die Bürger künftig bei den Sendemastenstandorten mitreden können oder ob die Mobilfunkbetreiber ihre Sender wie bisher willkürlich neben Wohngebäuden, Kindergärten und Schulen aufstellen können".

Das Münchner Volksbegehrenbündnis aus Bund Naturschutz, David gegen Goliath, Kreisjugendring, Kinderschutzbund, Freie Wähler, ödp, vielen Bürgerinitiativen, Ärzten und Apothekern will sich jedenfalls "bis zur letzten Eintragungsstunde anstrengen und für ein möglichst gutes Ergebnis kämpfen". Viele wissenschaftliche und ärztliche Studien würden beweisen, dass die Mobilfunkstrahlung gesundheitsgefährdend sei. Deshalb dürfen die Sendemasten nach Ansicht der Initiative nur noch an unproblematischeren Standorten installiert werden.

In München gibt es am Montag noch verlängerte Abendeintragungszeiten, alle Bezirksinspektionen, das KVR und die Stadtinformation im Rathaus haben bis 20 Uhr geöffnet.

CONCERNED protestors who are fighting plans for a mobile phone mast in Wanstead, took to the streets in their campaign to have it stopped.

More than 100 parents and residents gathered at the site in Aldersbrook Road, stopping traffic in the evening rush hour on Wednesday, July 6, to draw attention to their cause.

Phone company T-mobile recently won the final appeal in a long legal struggle to have the 10.5-metre mast erected opposite the Aldersbrook Bowls Club, but the location is 200 meters from Aldersbrook Primary School and residents have pledged to continue their fight against the mast.

Campaign organiser Elizabeth Canavan said: "The drivers were for the main part really supportive and were beeping in support.

"It didn't cause havoc but it was a symbolic raising of the banner. We didn't advertise widely for this, mainly at the school, but there's quite a lot of anxiety over this around the whole area."

Construction of the mast started recently but was brought to a halt when Mrs Canavan ran to the site and sat in the hole that had been dug.

Now residents are keeping a close watch for any further work and have promised to prevent any more taking place.

Lou Dobb's show on June 9, 2005, was an eye popper and even Lou couldn't contain his shock:

Lou Dobbs, CNN Anchor: Good evening, everybody. Tonight, an astonishing proposal to expand our borders to incorporate Mexico and Canada and simultaneously further diminish U.S. sovereignty. Have our political elites gone mad? We'll have a special report. Blood ... Now, incredibly, a panel sponsored by the Council on Foreign Relations wants the United States to focus not on the defense of our own borders, but rather create what effectively would be a common border that includes Mexico and Canada."

Christine Romans, CNN Correspondent (voice-over): On Capitol Hill, testimony calling for Americans to start thinking like citizens of North America and treat the U.S., Mexico and Canada like one big country.

For constitutionalists like myself, this is treason talk and Lou Dobbs should be thanked by the American people for exposing this evil plan. The fact that it is even being discussed in the U.S. Congress is putrid. The Council on Foreign Relations is an organization whose mission is to redefine American policy and slide this republic into a one-world government – a nightmare beyond what most Americans can't even imagine. Rear Adm. Chester Ward was a member of the CFR for 16 years and later warned the American people as to the true intentions of this treasonous operation:

The most powerful clique in these elitist groups have one objective in common – they want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty of the national independence of the United States. A second clique of international members in the CFR comprises the Wall Street international bankers and their key agents. Primarily, they want the world-banking monopoly from whatever power ends up in the control of global government.

Former Congressman John R. Rarick warned:

The CFR, dedicated to one-world government, financed by a number of the largest tax-exempt foundations, and wielding such power and influence over our lives in the areas of finance, business, labor, military, education and mass communication media, should be familiar to every American concerned with good government and with preserving and defending the U.S. Constitution and our free-enterprise system. Yet, the nation's right to know machinery – the news media – usually so aggressive in exposures to inform our people, remain conspicuously silent when it comes to the CFR, its members and their activities.

The CFR is the establishment. Not only does it have influence and power in key decision-making positions at the highest levels of government to apply pressure from above, but it also finances and uses individuals and groups to bring pressure from below, to justify the high-level decisions for converting the United States from a sovereign constitutional republic into a servile member of a one-world dictatorship.

Who are some of the past and present members of this anti-American operation? Dick Cheney, Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, Porter Goss, Alan Greenspan, John Bolton, Paul Wolfowitz, Gen. Richard B. Myers, Henry Hyde, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, George Bush Sr., Sandra Day O'Connor, George Soros, Christopher Dodd, Diane Feinstein, Gerald Ford, Bill Frist, Newt Gingrich, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Katherine Harris, Teresa Heinz, Antonia Hernandez – President of Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Gen. John P. Jumper – current Air Force chief of staff, Joseph Lieberman, John McCain, Rupert Murdock, David Rockefeller, Diane Sawyer and Tony Snow.

Popular "conservative" radio talk-show hosts attack anyone who dares to suggest the provable agenda of organizations like the CFR or United Nations. Better to attack the messenger than the message. Most popular mouthpieces on radio or television today have never spent one minute doing the research I have over the past 15 years. Perhaps Dan Smoot, a former member of the FBI Headquarters staff in Washington, D.C., who specialized in this field was nothing more than a kook when he warned, "The ultimate aim of the CFR is to create a one-world socialist system and make the U.S. an official part of it." Before any American decides to poo-poo the CFR and their diabolical agenda, they might wish to read some of the writings by Barry Goldwater on this issue.

Our beloved republic is being wrested away from we the people by sitting presidents and Congresses since 1913. It is being done right out in the open, and yet, the American people don't seem to be taking their freedom or liberty seriously because they continue to vote back the same scoundrels, crooks, communists, socialists and sellouts into office. America is under attack by forces who wish to destroy this republic, our way of life, our independence, our lives, liberty and freedoms.

Before you can fight an enemy, you must know who your enemy is and the game-plan. If you play the game, the game will play you. I encourage every American to do the hard research and in November 2006 – clean out Congress, our state legislatures and any other elected office where the current incumbent is violating their oath of office and betraying our republic.

My column last week focused on the Council on Foreign Relations and their anti-American agenda. This treasonous operation is another one of the tentacles birthed by the elitists out to destroy our constitutional republic, turn us into a democracy (America is not a democracy!) and eventually merge all nations into a "one world government."

This is real – it is not a conspiracy theory, it is a heinous agenda that is all but complete except for the passage of CAFTA (Central American Free Trade Agreement), FTAA (Free Trade Area of the Americas) and nullification of the Second Amendment. If Bush gets his way and CAFTA and FTAA are ratified, you will see another gigantic sucking sound of millions more American jobs going south of the Hemisphere. So far, Utah appears to be the only state to recognize the danger of this destructive treaty (FTAA).

Few Americans really understood back in 1993 what would happen under GATT because few ever heard of it – too many simply bought the propaganda from politicians and the rest were more interested in sports, porn, drugs, booze or fun times. Guess how many members of the entire Congress read GATT? One – former Sen. Hank Brown. He's the only senator who read this 28,000 page treaty and stated emphatically that no way would he vote for it. Yet, the rest of the Senate ratified this insidious treaty without ever reading it. Sadly, the American people continue electing these same sellouts back into office.

During the hearings on this monster, French financier, the late Sir James Goldsmith, testified in front of Ernest Hollings committee. He demonstrated that GATT would gut the American textile market. The following are some quotes from the Washington Times, Dec. 6, 1993, which accurately reflect Sir Goldsmith's statements during the hearings:

Global free trade will force the poor of the rich countries to subsidize the rich in poor countries. What GATT means is that our national wealth, accumulated over centuries, will be transferred from a developed country like Britain to developing countries like Communist China, now building its first oceangoing navy in 500 years. China, with its 1.2 billion people, three Indochinese states with 900 million, the former Soviet republics with some 300 million, and many more can supply skilled labor for a fraction of Western costs. Five dollars in Communist China is the equivalent of a $100 wage in Europe.


It is quite amazing that GATT is sowing the seeds for global social upheaval and that it is not even the subject of debate in America ... If the masses understood the truth about GATT, there would be blood in the streets of many capitals. A healthy national economy has to produce a large part of its own needs. It cannot simply import what it needs and use its labor force to provide services for other countries. We have to rethink from top to bottom why we have elevated global free trade to the status of sacred cow, or moral dogma. It is a fatally flawed concept that will impoverish and destabilize the industrialized world while cruelly ravaging the Third World.

On June 9, 2005, the House voted 338-86 to reject a motion to withdraw congressional approval of the 1994 agreement establishing the Geneva-based trading body (GATT-WTO). Every Congress-critter who voted to stay in this anti-American, new world order operation must be thrown out of office in November 2006 for continuing to abrogate our sovereignty to foreign countries.

The Trilateral Commission is another little known entity that is diligently and methodically working to destroy the sovereignty of this nation and put the United States under foreign rule – it is the twin monster of the CFR. Barry Goldwater was one of the lone voices decades ago trying to warn the American people about this operation. He said of the Trilateral Commission:

The Trilateral Commission is international and is intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by seizing control of the political government of the United States. The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power – political, monetary, intellectual and ecclesiastical.

A list of past and present members of the Trilateral Commission can be viewed here. It is imperative to look at the companies and institutions these individuals belong to and then one can begin to connect the dots as to why Congress refuses to abolish the unconstitutional, privately owned Federal Reserve, immediately withdraw from the United Nations and the continuing passage of these devastating trade treaties.

Our Republic is perilously close to being destroyed. This isn't about Republican vs. Democrat or any of these other distractions – it's an American issue. Without question, this factual information is very disturbing to Americans, however, this is about remaining a free and sovereign nation and not falling to communist domination under a world government. William Wallace was depicted saying in the movie, "Braveheart": "What will you do without freedom?" I ask you the same.

Repacholi statement on hands-free headsets to children yielded this in the Israeli TV and then also the newspapers:

The companies reaction about the hands free headset was that it should be taken seriously, and the solution is to put more antennas because the more antennas are, the less the power they emit.

One thing led to anothher and this is in the healines today: "A study done by the WHO determined that cellular radiation can damage children. The communication minister, Dalia Izik, informed that she would force the celluar companies to print warning on mobile phones about the possible risks and damages that the use can cause children. The decision was received following the notice from the World Health Organization on the subject.

A study done for the WHO found that children are exposed more than adults to radiation. It was claimed in the study that because children's skulls are thinner, and their brains are developing, the EMR can cause damage.

"The study done by the WHO needs to turn on a red light. We have to act in order to protect the children" said the communication minister [who is always on the cellular companies side!...I.A] According to Izik, the warning on cigarette boxes affected many smokers and a warning on the monile will have simlar effect. Izik ordered the people in her ministry to study the recent studies done by the WHO, and to decide with consultation of the health ministry and environment ministry about a warning that would force the cellular companies. She asked the team also to decide on recommendations about children use of cellular phones.

Several months ago, after UK government decided to publish warning on the phones about the use of children, Dr. Izhak Kadman, executive of the council for children's wellness, asked for similar rules in Israel.

And on another subject: The cellular companies executives will start a campaign against the resistance of the public to the cellular antennas. It is the first time they will do it themselves and not through their PR office. The Home office minister Ofir Pines is leading a change of the law in Israel.

The 3 changes are:
1. The public will have the right to resist the antennas
2. the local authorities will have the right to resist antennas
3. The cellular companoes will pay 80% compensation on rediction of property value and the local authority will pay 20% (to the citizens).

After preparing the public and the ministers to the discussion in the government today, on TV, newspapers and radio, the discussion was postponed in the last moment.

The celullar companies executives called for a special press conference on Friday's afternoon, it is a very unusual step, and they informed they were going to go for a fight. They open a fight against the public attack on the cellular antennas. The reason for urgency was the step by Ofir Pines that was sopposed to move today to a government decision (and them to passing a law). The cellular companies were sure the communication minister would file a compromise request but she decided not to do so. They companies did not expect the extent to which the resistance to anetnnas would grow. The executives said the suugestion (of Pines) is "unbalanced". "Our suggestion is to examine the subject again and not accept a decision now" said Pelephone's executive. Amikam Cohen (Partner's executive) said that it's about billilons of shekels of lawsuits and they would not be able to survive it.

The PR are done with the help of Professor Yossi Riback. He is from the faculty of public health in Tel Aviv university. [Riback consults to the cellular companies for several years, he is also a member of the committee for environmental carcinogens of the Cancer Society of Israel]. He says that from the public health point of view the more antennas is better because the high density of antennas reduces the power of the real danger- the radiation from cellular phones. Riback said there is a "crusade" against the antennas and it is not justified from a public health point of view.

There are about 6200 antennas in Israel today and the 3G will bring this number to 25,000 antennas. This year the companies erected 2100+ antennas of 3G. Pelephone's executive said: "the government sold frequencies for 150 million dollars and forces us to erect 3G within three years. If the decision is not to erect 3G, then give us back the money you got and we invested".

Popular Muslims aren't popular in America. Badawi is the head of the Muslim College in London and is the former imam of London's most famous mosque, Regent's Park Mosque. On July 14, Badawi flew to New York City to give a talk at the prestigious Chautauqua Institute. No, not really. And for anyone really EHS it is a difficult decision to make; this length of exposure can set someone back for weeks in the worst cases.

Trouble is, if all the studies never see the clearest cases, the results are ambiguous, and the clarity of EHS remains too anecdotal.

Researchers need to start by suspending disbelief, taking reports of EHS on trust and begin finding what EHS people have in common, at home, in their medical history and in their biological response.
