Mahnwache vor der Kirche St. Pankratius, 5. Jahrestag

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren der Presse,

schon die letzten vier Jahre schickte ich Ihnen folgende oder ähnliche Meldung: „Am 28. März jährte sich die Außenmontage der Mobilfunkanlage auf dem Kirchturm von St. Pankratius.

Damals, am Gründonnerstag 2002, wurde durch die damit verbundene Aufregung von Bürgern und Gemeindemitgliedern von St. Pankratius spontan unsere Initiative ins Leben gerufen.

Hierfür werden wir nach dem Gottesdienst mit einer stillen Mahnwache mit Transparenten am Kirchenausgang stehen und an die damalige Installation erinnern. Wir werden damit die Verantwortung für diese Entscheidung und das gewissenlose Verhalten anprangern.

Auch wenn sich private Eigentümer und Unternehmen in Schwalbach an dem Gewinn durch die Vermietung ihres Objektes an die Mobilfunkbetreiber laben und sie dies nach geltendem Recht tun dürfen, ist es für eine Kirchengemeinde von einem anderen Blickwinkel zu betrachten.

So ist es sehr wohl verwerflich sämtliche Bedenken über Bord zu werfen, dem Mammon zu frönen und zu versuchen, kritischen Menschen (also uns) mit zeitschindenden Hinhaltetaktiken die Luft aus den Segeln zu nehmen...“

Dies hat auch dieses Jahr seine volle Gültigkeit. Am Sonntag, den 8. April 2007, etwa 10.15 Uhr waren wir wieder vor der Kirche St. Pankratius, Taunusstr./Ecke Kirchgasse, zu finden. Diesmal waren schon fünf Jahre vorbei, seit der Außeninstallation der Mobilfunkanlagen. Doch wir werden immer noch nicht locker lassen, diesen Missstand anzumahnen.

Jahr für Jahr mehren sich die Erkenntnisse aus wissenschaftlich anerkannten Studien, dass die jetzige Mobilfunktechnologie nicht spurlos an uns vorübergeht, z.B. für Schädigung der DNA gibt es starke Hinweise. Auch möchten wir an die Mahner der Erderwärmung erinnern, die vor über 20 Jahren als Spinner abgetan wurden und heutzutage wird die „neue Erkenntnis“ postuliert, dass dem jetzt unbedingt etwas entgegengesetzt werden müsse.

Schwalbach ist den meisten zumindest schon einen Schritt voraus – es wurde ein Beschluss für die Erstellung eines Mobilfunkstandortkonzeptes gefasst. Ziel ist es insgesamt die Belastung zu minimieren, insbesondere bei neuen Standorten für Mobilfunkanlagen, aber auch eine Bewertung der bestehenden Anlagen. Langfristig kann so durch Standortverlegung, z.B. bei auslaufenden Verträgen, die Belastungen weiter reduziert werden. Da der Vertrag mit St. Pankratius „nur noch“ 15 Jahre läuft, würde es ein gutes Bild abgeben, wenn sich die Kirche schon jetzt für eine Kündigung des Vertrages zum Ablauf aussprechen würde. Dann ließe sich schon jetzt ein neuer Standort einplanen, der bis dahin in Betracht käme.

Außerdem könnte dadurch auch Vorwurf entgegen getreten werden, die katholische Kirche unterstützt die Verbreitung pornografischer und Gewalt darstellender Bilder und Filme sowie die Verschuldung insbesondere jugendlicher Handynutzer. Denn wer konnte das schon bei Vertragsabschluss ahnen? Oder etwa doch?

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren der Presse,

mit unserer heutigen Mahnwache vor der Kirche St. Pankratius haben wir wieder an die Installation der Mobilfunk-Sendeanlage auf dem Glockenturm von St. Pankratius erinnert. Es gab einige Menschen, die die Kirche nach dem Gottesdienst verlassen haben und die sich bei uns informiert haben, weshalb wir dort stehen. Sie wussten nichts von der Sendeanlage. Weitere empfanden die stetige Erinnerung als unsachgemäß und beschwerten sich bei uns, warum wir vor der Kirche und nicht vor anderen Gebäuden in Schwalbach stehen, um die Sendeanlagen dort anzumahnen. Sie haben nicht verstanden, dass es gerade für die "Institution Kirche" verwerflich ist sich über mögliche Gesundheitsgefährdungen hinwegzusetzen und haben dieser Argumentation auch nicht folgen können, weil sie sich nach dem Vorwurf gegenüber uns direkt abgewendet haben und weggegangen sind.

Nachfolgend meine persönlichen Empfindungen zu dem Thema, NICHT unbedingt als Position der Initiative:

Dies ist auch etwa die Position des Pfarrverwaltungsrates bzw. des Pfarrers. Argumente jeglicher Art werden ignoriert und nur die eigenen als zulässig erachtet. Es ist unerfindlich, warum die Kirche sich hinter staatlich erlassenen Verordnungen versteckt und nicht vorsorglich für die Gesundheit und das Leben eintritt, gerade weil dies ein Großteil des eigentlichen Sinns der Kirche ausmacht. Für das Leben. Und auch lebenswert.

Oft genug wurde der Gemeinde St. Pankratius vorgeworfen dem schnöden Mammon zu frönen und es wurde gefordert, sie möge doch wenigstens jetzt den zwanzig Jahre laufenden Vertrag mit Vodafone kündigen. Als Zeichen, es zumindest soweit verstanden zu haben, dass sie die möglichen gesundheitlichen Gefährdungen nicht länger als (fast) unausweichlich nötig zulassen will.

Doch auch hier wird sich hinter staatlich erlassenen Verordnungen versteckt und es ergibt sich kein Anlass seitens des Verwaltungsrates weiter darüber nachzudenken. "Warum sollte die Gemeinde St. Pankratius auf die Einnahmen verzichten, wenn es gesetzlich zulässig ist" war einmal eine Aussage aus vorgenannten Kreisen. Ja warum, dies sollten sie sich schon einmal genauer fragen.

Woher kommt das Geld, das die Gemeinde St. Pankratius bekommen hat ? Von Vodafone.

Was wurde damit gemacht ?

Dies kann ich nicht genau sagen, das meiste ging vermutlich in Renovierung und Instandsetzung.

Womit verdienen die Mobilfunkbetreiber ihr Geld ?

Nicht mit dem Verkauf der Handys. Mit dem Verkauf der Verträge auch nicht. Mit dem Telefonat selbst wird auch nur ein geringer Teil verdient. Jetzt kommt der wichtige Teil in diesem Zusammenhang: Mit den Zusatzdiensten wird am meisten verdient.

Welche Zusatzdienste sind das ?

Vorrangig Klingeltöne und Sex-Dienste.

Welche Nutzer sind das vorwiegend ?

Jugendliche bzw. junge Erwachsene. Gerade diese Menschengruppe ist oft sehr hoch verschuldet (lesen Sie Ihre eigene Zeitung ? Wenn ja, können Sie dort etwa wöchentlich entsprechende Artikel lesen, diese Menschen haben sich oftmals so hoch verschuldet, dass sie aus eigener Kraft nicht mehr aus der Misere entkommen können)

IM UMKEHRSCHLUSS:

Die Kirchengemeinde St. Pankratius ermöglicht über die Sendeanlage auf ihrem Glockenturm die Verbreitung unsinniger und pornografischer Nachrichten und Bilder und fördert dadurch zusätzlich noch den finanziellen Ruin vieler Menschen. Die Renovierung und Instandsetzung wird von vielen, durchaus nicht gläubigen Menschen finanziert. Durch diese Art der Finanzierung entsteht den einzelnen ein gravierenden Schaden, letztendlich uns allen, weil wir alle für diese Kosten wieder aufkommen müssen. Auch der Kirchengemeinde entstehen wieder Kosten, weil gerade diese Menschen bei kirchlichen Institutionen wieder Rat suchen und auch Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen. Dies entspricht der Situation "jetzt das schnelle Geld gemacht, aber langfristig draufgelegt".

Zugute halten kann ich dieser Situation nur, dass selbstverständlich jeder Mensch für sein Tun und Handeln selbst verantwortlich ist. Aber sollte gerade die Kirche diese Verlockung noch fördern ? Ich denke nicht.

Oben aufgeführtes ist ganz losgelöst von den bestehenden gesundheitlichen Gefahren zu sehen und ist aber als Argument für sich alleine für mich schon gewichtig genug.

Über den weiteren Verlauf der Verhandlungen in den Klagen gegen Vodafone werde ich in Kürze informieren, die Klagen wurden abgewiesen und es wurde inzwischen Berufung gegen die Urteile eingelegt.

Sehr geehrte Frau Ziegelberger,

nun habe ich Sie eben im Internet gefunden, leider ist Ihre Seite nur in Englisch, wäre schön sie würde auch in Deutsch zu lesen sein. Ihr Sitz ist ja in Oberschleißheim, da könnte man das schon erwarten. Vielleicht wollen Sie auch gar nicht dass sie jeder versteht?

Wie auch immer, jetzt weiß ich wenigstens bei wem ich mich dafür bedanken kann dass wir alle hier krank sind!!!!

Und im Keller unseres wunderschönen nach Feng Shui gebauten Haus wohnen. Dorthin sind wir gezogen weil die Strahlenbelastung im OG und EG durch einen Mobilfunksender 150 m entfernt so hoch ist dass ich da nicht einmal unseren Hund schlafen lasse, der übrigens Prostatakrebs hat, geschweige denn meine 5-jährige Tochter. Die leidet am meisten an dieser Situation, sie hätte gerne wieder ein eigenes Zimmer mit Prinzessinnenbett. Im Keller geht das natürlich nicht. Eine Freundin kann auch nicht bei ihr übernachten. Und, Sie werden es nicht glauben, unsere Nachbarn beneiden uns um unseren Keller, die haben nämlich keinen wo man einigermaßen schlafen kann. Ja, dort gibt es zwar Radon, aber das ist mir noch lieber als 24 Stunden mit Mikrowellen bestrahlt zu werden. Und Sie werden es nicht glauben, unsere Beschwerden sind mit Bezug des Kellers verschwunden. Nur unsere Blutbilder erholen sich nicht so schnell, die sehen aus wie nach einer Strahlentherapie, die wir noch nicht hatten! Noch nicht!!! Aber wenn da so weitergeht, wir umzingelt werden von der Strahlung, ein Sender nach dem anderen kommt....

Und da legen Sie einen Grenzwert für das D-Netz von 4.500.000 µW/m² fest? Sind Sie noch zu retten?????????

Wir haben ca. 2.000 im Schlafzimmer und das hat uns todkrank gemacht. Wie würde es bei einer Strahlung in der Nähe Ihres Grenzwertes aussehen? Vielleicht wollen Sie sich dem einmal aussetzen um zu sehen wie das so ist?

Hiermit lade ich Sie ein zu mir nach Hause zu kommen und sich anzusehen was Sie durch Ihre unglaublich hohen Grenzwerte angerichtet haben.

Wissen Sie dass schon ein Großteil unseres Volkes darunter leidet? Sind Sie blind? Haben Sie keine Freunde, Bekannte oder Familie die auch an einem Sender wohnen? Scheinbar nicht.

Können Sie nachts noch schlafen? Also ich wüsste nicht wie ich mit Ihrer Schuld schlafen könnte.

Sie wissen sicherlich mehr als ich. Sie kennen sicherlich die Studien Reflex, Salfort, Naila..... und all die anderen Studien die eindeutig belegen dass diese Strahlung weit unter dem Grenzwert krank macht. Ist das verdiente Geld durch Mobilfunk mehr wert als unsere Gesundheit? Leider scheint es so zu sein. Aber, was wenn niemand mehr telefonieren kann? Weil die Menschen zu krank sind, oder es Ihnen das Gehirn rausgeblasen hat? Wie können Sie zusehen wie unser Land mit Mikrowellenstrahlung überzogen wird?

Wie Sie merken bin ich sehr wütend, denke heute noch an Sie wenn ich mich zum Schlafen in den Keller begebe.

Meine Einladung steht, kommen Sie vorbei, sehen Sie sich das Elend hier an und tun Sie alles um die Grenzwerte zu senken!

Scientists, Weather Engineers and Space Specialists are working towards something that can change human civilization forever! It is the methods of artificial weather modification.

The process when perfected, can help in agriculture, getting rid of droughts, floods and avoid cyclones and typhoons.

It is also the process by which the enemy can be devastated, artificial floods, cyclones and typhoons created.

It can allow controlling the world economy and agricultural commodity markets.

In ancient religions and legends, weather control, creation of cyclone, rain, flood, drought were nothing new. In the modern age the Scientists and technologists are busy perfecting the weather control sciences. It is shaping up as the most vibrant area of research and development.

Many countries are mastering the science of weather control. As a matter of fact many experts predict that a war game is being played by major powers in the world to demonstrate their capabilities of weather control. Most of these initiatives are classified and shoved off from the public. The only way one can track these initiatives is to look at countries taking actions to shield against weather control experiments.

Recently, scientists and engineers have started unveiling the actual methods of weather control. Some primitive methods like Cloud-top seeding can confuse you and point you to a wrong direction. Cloud-top seeding is usually performed between the temperatures of -5°C and -10°C. The greatest amount of super-cooled liquid water is usually found within this range. This corresponds to an altitude range of 15,000 to 22,000 ft depending upon location. Dropping or ejecting silver iodide flares into the growing cloud turrets dispenses seeding agent. The seeding agent is placed into the super-cooled clouds where nucleation is desired, so the updrafts in these cases are relied upon only to provide a continuing source of condensate. This delivery technique requires less anticipation on the part of those directing the seeding operations and may have a more immediate effect.

The more modern methods involve artificial ionization of earth’s atmosphere between 15,000 and 30,000 ft. and above. Manipulating the ionosphere and use of controlled solar-terrestrial interactions can create much larger effects. Scientists are realizing that the earth’s weather is controlled by Sun's natural Electromagnetic Radiation reaching the earth. The Sun’s Radiations and Ultraviolet Rays have to cross the ionosphere to reach the earth.

There are early indications that the solar radiations and flares are directly responsible for planetary weather changes. And Solar flares and levels of radiations are caused by bombardment of cosmic rays on the Sun from either a distant massive black hole or a star-cluster caused by the collapse of thousands and thousands of stars in a small space.

Computer models obviously focused on the ionosphere, which acts as a filter for the solar radiations to reach the earth. If one can manipulate and control the filter, it becomes a potential source of massive weather modification. That is what the computer simulation models found. Controlling the ionosphere potentially allows weather control. The algorithmic variation of ionosphere can create the magic in a massive scale.

There are many methods of controlling the ionosphere. It is the process of artificially manipulating ion density in the ionosphere. High power transmitter and antenna array operating in the HF(High Frequency) range is one of the methods. There are lots of literature on that in the Internet and declassified scientific research journals.

However, the recent trend is in using super conductors in space satellites to generate intense high intensity electromagnetic flux.

Mit einer viertägigen Mahnwache in den vier größten deutschen Städten protestiert Greenpeace seit Dienstag gegen das Töten von mehr als 300.000 Robben in Kanada. Die kanadische Regierung hätte die Jagd noch nie überzeugend begründen können, erklärte Greenpeace-Meeresbiologin Andrea Cederquist die Ursache der Proteste. Die Robben seien lange für den Rückgang der Kabeljau-Bestände und damit für die hohe Arbeitslosigkeit unter den Fischern verantwortlich gemacht worden. Diese Argumentation sei jedoch wissenschaftlich niemals haltbar gewesen. Cederquist nannte die Argumente "angesichts der Überfischung durch industriellen Fischereifangflotten bewusst irreführend." Besonders grausam sei dabei, dass wahrscheinlich etwa die Hälfte der Robben der Keulenjagd zum Opfer fielen, schätzte Cederquist. Rund 30 Prozent der Tiere überlebten dabei die Keulenschläge. Ihnen werde dann bei lebendigem Leib das Fell abgezogen.

No one has ever seen anything quite like it. Republican Senate leaders refused to let Congress recess until the House, which had already adjourned, reassembled to pass the "Terri Schiavo Bill." Members of Congress were hastily flown back to Washington, and the House of Representatives convened in a special session at midnight. The president, who is normally able to sleep soundly through any human disaster from tsunamis to the AIDS epidemic, flew back from the Texas ranch to sign this special piece of "humanitarian" legislation in the middle of the night wearing his PJs.

But this special act of Congress, giving a federal court new jurisdiction to hear yet another appeal on behalf of one severely brain-damaged woman in Florida, was anything but humanitarian. It was a carefully planned frontal assault on what have been basic principles of law up to now. It was about knocking those principles down, and about building public opinion for replacing "the rule of law" with the "higher power" of religious rule, as interpreted and exercised by the political right. And even the mainstream press has been stunned, with the L.A. Times referring to this with words like "attempted coup d'etat."

On one hand, this law claimed to narrowly focus on the fate of one woman. And so it might seem strange, on the surface, to view it as some major power grab. But the powers that Congress and this president claimed to have , their assertion that they could bulldoze over state law, state legal verdicts, constitutional precedents (using the fading life of Terri Schiavo as an excuse!) represented a historic departure from the way state power has been structured and viewed.

This is hardly the first time legal norms and laws have been ignored or applied grossly unequally in the U.S., when the interests of powerful forces demanded it. But rarely has there been such a raw and arrogant dismissal of legal precedent and judicial procedures, with such powerful support from both Congress and the White House. This says a lot about this moment in history, and it says a lot about what is to come.

The hypocrisy of it all was stark. When they have the political power to enact backward new laws locally, everything from teaching "creationism" to kicking people off welfare, reactionaries of all stripes leap to attack the federal government, demanding that "power be returned to the states."

But when things don't go their way in the states, as in the 2000 Florida vote count, then these same forces are perfectly willing to demand just the opposite and impose federal power to overturn local actions.

This time, even some prominent Republicans were shocked by how far it has gone. Charles Fried, President Reagan's solicitor-general, said that Congress and the president had "embraced the kind of free-floating judicial activism, disregard for orderly procedure and contempt for the integrity of state processes that they quite rightly have bemoaned and sought to discipline for decades." Representative Christopher Shays of Connecticut, one of five Republicans voting against the "Terri Schiavo bill," blurted out: "This Republican Party of Lincoln has become a party of theocracy." Douglas Kmiec, a conservative law professor at Pepperdine University and big Bush supporter, put it simply: "It contravenes almost every principle known to constitutional jurisprudence." As indeed it does.

Separation of Powers: Congress--the legislative branch--is supposed to make laws. The courts--the judicial branch--are supposed to interpret how those laws get applied in individual cases. The Supreme Court has long held that Congress may not enact legislation that nullifies, suspends, or reverses a judicial determination in a particular case. In fact, the so-called "Founding Fathers" bragged that the usurpation of judicial power by the legislature would be impossible under the new Constitution because the Congress could not reverse a decision once made in particular case; Congress could only prescribe new laws for the future (see The Federalist, No. 81). Yet reversing a particular decision is exactly what Congress attempted to do in this case.

Equal Protection of the Law: Laws are supposed to apply to everyone, particularly when they pertain to people's rights before the law. But out of 260 million people, this special law was passed setting up a special legal procedure "for the relief of the parents of Theresa Marie Schiavo." The law applies to the Terri Schiavo case alone, and gives one federal district court in Florida special jurisdiction to hear a new lawsuit brought by her parents. This is totally at variance with the principle that laws are to apply equally to everyone.

No Ex Post Facto Laws: A fundamental principle of U.S. law has been the prohibition of "ex post facto" laws. ( Ex post facto means "after the fact.") Laws are supposed to apply from their passage on, not work backward in time to apply to events before they were passed. Yet that is what Congress did here. The "act for the relief of the parents of Terri Schiavo" explicitly does not apply to future such cases in other families. It only applies to Schiavo, whose case has already been fully adjudicated.

Res Judicata ("A Matter Already Decided"): Another major principle of U.S. law is that you cannot keep going back into court to re-litigate an issue over and over again until you get the result you want. Yet that is what the "Terri Schiavo bill" tries to do. It gives a federal district court in Florida the power to reopen and re-litigate the whole case from scratch--this after ten years of litigation with several trips to the Supreme Court along the way. In short, the Christian fascist forces simply don't like what the courts have repeatedly found to be the facts in the case, so they want to have all the previous decisions thrown out and are trying to force the courts to decide the case all over again.

Due Process under the Law: The right not to have her life artificially prolonged belongs to Terri Schiavo alone, under Florida state law. She expressed her wishes in advance of the illness that led to her brain death, and the Florida state courts have acknowledged that those were her wishes and upheld her decision. Now this new legislation would compel Terri Schiavo's body to be artificially maintained based on other people's values and wishes, not hers. The new law would have her basic rights taken away by a new "special process."

Separation of Church and State: Once again, the driving force in all this has been the attempt to impose a particular brand of fundamentalist Christian theology as compulsory public policy. In introducing the bill in the House, the Judiciary Committee Chairman James Sensenbrenner began and ended his speech with references to "Holy Week." Other politicians cited the pope's pronouncement against the Florida court's orders. They even referred to the "Passion of Terri," noting the passage of their bill was on Palm Sunday, as if they were empowering the resurrection of Terri Schiavo.

The Terri Schiavo drama shows just how far the Christian right and their chief spokesperson, President George W. Bush, are willing to go in striking down the rule of law--in order to impose the principles of theocratic rule ("the rule of god").

As Pat Robertson explains in his Answers to Two Hundred of Life's Most Probing Questions, "Government was instituted by God to bring His laws to people and to carry out His will and purposes. . . When the perfect government is established during the Millennium, Jesus Christ will combine in Himself the offices of prophet, priest and king. This will be a perfect theocracy."

Where all this is leading to is increasingly clear.

The campaign to vilify the courts and overturn legal precedent is aimed squarely at creating public opinion to overturn a host of progressive social policies installed over decades. It is aimed at setting the stage for ending filibusters in the Senate and jamming through some of the most Neanderthal judicial appointments made by Bush. And it is aimed at opening the flood-gates to a host of new Constitutional interpretations or amendments (concerning gay marriage, abortion, public display of the ten commandments, flag burning, prayer in the schools, and so on) that would change the very character of public life and enshrine the Christian fascist social agenda in the Constitution for years to come.

But all of those specific objectives are not the whole picture. Because there is something more fundamental and sweeping revealed by their approach to this case: The Christian Right's plans are to replace the concept of "rule of law" by their notion of "rule by god." They are clearly determined to overrule any previous precedent that stands in their way and to impose a form of political rule on society that can only be called "theocracy," and which in practice would mean a modern American form of fascism.

Put mobiles to the test for safety's sake

Once again, we are telling the story of a community up in arms over proposals to install a mobile phone mast in the midst of their homes.

This time it is the residents of Matson who are calling for action, but it could just as easily be any village or suburb within the county, and the story would be the same. Claims of health risks, denials from the company behind the plans, a call for the equipment to be sited elsewhere, and an insistence that the site is the only and best option are all a very familiar story.

Phone masts and where to site them has become one of the most complex subjects in the news in recent years.

Since the late 1980's, the growth in the mobile phone market has been nothing short of phenomenal.

New technology seems to become available every day, and prices seem to be dropping as well.

You can now watch videos, browse the internet, play music, or even film videos, all using a single mobile phone.

They have become a part of our everyday lives, and look set to stay.

Therefore, surely we need to accept the associated equipment needed to provide a service to enable us to make the most of our phones.

However, there is also a downside in the sudden and dramatic growth of the industry.

Rumours have surrounded the safety of mobile phones since their introduction, with claims that the low level radiation produced by both the handsets and masts could prove harmful to humans.

Nothing has been proved to link the technology with any ill effects, but, at the same time, there is no conclusive proof that they are indeed harmless.

Thorough testing must be carried out as soon as possible in order to answer once and for all the questions over safety.

If these phones and masts are a danger to us and our children, surely that is too high a price to pay for technology.

A MOTHER says she is relieved a phone company has overturned its decision to erect two masts above her children's bedroom.

After three weeks of anguish suffered by Sue Leader, O2 has announced it will not be putting up a second and third generation mast on top of her flat in Westmoreland Road, Beckenham.

Mrs Leader was worried because her sons, Jake and Hugh, aged seven and 13, would have been sleeping within inches of the masts.

She says her sons could have suffered health problems because of this.

The 34-year-old said: "The whole thing has been really upsetting for me and my family, especially my son who is currently preparing for his Sats exams.

"I wouldn't have believed it three weeks ago if I was told O2 would not be putting up the masts. It's a huge relief.

"My family have been overwhelmed with the level of support shown by the community in stopping O2 from doing this."

Residents staged a protest on the roof of Mrs Leader's flat on March 10, when O2 workers arrived to put the masts up.

Later that day a public meeting was also held at St Mary of Nazareth Hall, The Avenue, West Wickham, to raise people's concerns with O2, which has now decided not to go ahead with the masts.

O2 community relations manager Jim Stevenson, who attended the meeting, said: "We have thought about it again and we really don't need to put a mast there.

"The meeting was beneficial to hear what people had to say and we are now looking at another site to build the antennae."

Campaigners angry at plans to site a phone mast near their homes have vowed to step up their fight against the proposal. More than 40 Haverhill residents attended a meeting last Wednesday at the Methodist Church Hall. They agreed to contact their local councillors and write letters of opposition to the borough council. And they may organise a protest in the town centre to demonstrate their feelings.

The residents, who all live near the Hazel Stub roundabout on the outskirts of Haverhill, are worried about the possible health effects a mast might have. They say it could also reduce the price of their houses, or make it more difficult to sell them. Speaking at the meeting, Jo Robbins, of Seymour Drive, suggested they could show their opposition by holding a public demonstration and handing out leaflets.

The mast plan has been submitted for consideration to St Edmundsbury Borough Council by Hutchison 3G and is designed to provide coverage for the new video mobile technology. Paul McKenna, of Strawberry Fields, said there was plenty of research supporting claims that mobile phone masts were bad for health. Rob Sanderson, also of Strawberry Fields, said he was delighted by the turnout at the meeting and said: "This is almost like a test case." Local MP Richard Spring has asked to be kept informed of the group's progress.

Wie ich sehe, trage ich Eulen nach Athen, aber aus gegebenem Anlas möchte auch ich Sie und die gesamte Leserschaft Ihrer Nachrichten auf die Bedeutung und Gefährlichkeit von Mikrowellenwaffen hinweisen, wie sie mir unlängst von einer bedrohten Frau aus Wien, die man vermutlich aus ihrer Wohnung ekeln oder ganz beseitigen möchte, vorgestellt wurden. Die Frau , um die es sich hier in Wien handelt, wohnt in einer Mietwohnung die in den nächsten Jahren auf Grund ihres Vertrages nicht mehr als 30.000 Euro einbringen wird. Trotzdem hat sie - seit das Haus für Spekulanten interessant wurde - jemand gekauft (obwohl sie drinnen wohnt und nicht gekündigt werden kann) und dafür 90.000 Euro ausgegeben und diese Investition sogleich als Sicherstellung für einen Kredit mit 130.000 Euro zur Besicherung belasten können.

Seither ist die Frau Psycho-Terror ausgesetzt, zunächst mit Lärm, dann mir unhörbarem Niedrigfrequenz-Körperschall und zuletzt auch mit Mikrowellen (über 90 Gigahertz) bestrahlt worden. Alle Befunde sind durch Zeugen, Polizei-Einsätze und Messgeräte abgesichert, trotzdem konnte sie keine Anzeige bei der Polizei abgeben, sondern wurde vom Kommissariat direkt in die Anstalt für Verrückte abgeschoben, von wo sie nur mit Mühen wieder freikam.

Ich habe mich daraufhin an die oberste Stelle des Wiener Sicherheitsbüros gewandt, wo man der Sache aber sichtlich kein Interesse entgegenbrachte. Ich möchte gerne wissen, ob sich jemand im Kreis der Buergerwelle-Leser mit dieser Problematik befasst und könnte ein ca. 1-stündiges Video der Betroffenen mit ihren Aussagen und Erlebnissen zur Information bereitstellen, das ich auch bei der Wiener Polizeidirektion (Abteilung für Gewaltverbrechen, Gruppe Unger) hinterlegt habe.

Ist das Verhalten der Polizei Dummheit, Ignoranz oder Strategie? Ich bin ratlos!

Gleichzeitig erleben wir eine zunehmende Einschränkung der freien Verbreitung des Wissens. Die sogenannten geistigen Eigentumsrechte gewinnen massiv an Bedeutung und sind auf dem Weg, zur zentralen Ressource, sozusagen dem virtuellen Öl des 21. Jahrhunderts zu werden. Ihre enorme und schnell wachsende Bedeutung zeigt sich exemplarisch an US-Exporterlösen für Copyright-Güter: 2003 lagen sie bei knapp 90 Mrd. Dollar. Zum Vergleich: Das ist deutlich mehr als die USA für ihre Ölimporte ausgeben.

Zentrales Anliegen der AG Wissensallmende ist es, die verschiedenen Auseinandersetzungen um geistige Monopolrechte -- sei es beim Saatgut, bei Medikamenten oder bei Software -- miteinander zu verknüpfen. In allen diesen Fällen gelte es, die "Wissensallmende", also das frei zugängliche Wissen gegen Einschränkungen und Privatisierung zu verteidigen. Ähnlich wie die Ökologiebewegung die Umwelt, die ebenfalls uns allen gehört, gegen Partikularinteressen verteidigen will.

Lebend bekommt mich hier keiner aus meiner Wohnung

Weil die Wohnung meiner Frau und mir 84 Euro zu teuer ist, müssen wir jetzt umziehen. Gestern habe ich meine Küche tapeziert, und heute habe ich den Brief vom Arbeitsamt bekommen. Das ist eine Zwangsumsiedlung. Ich habe sehr viel Geld in die Wohnung investiert und kann die Holzvertäfelung und alles was ich hier in dieser Wohnung hineingesteckt habe nicht mitnehmen. Mein Vermieter hatte gesagt, das ich solange wohnen bleiben kann wie ich will. Deswegen habe ich investiert. Jetzt wird uns unser Lebenswerk von Seiten des Staates zerstört. Meine Frau hat ein Leben lang gearbeitet, und arbeitet noch heute. Sie hat fast 40 Jahre voll. Das ist eine Schweinerei.

Lebend bekommt mich hier keiner raus. Das lasse ich darauf ankommen. Wenn ich hier heraus muß, dann habe ich alles verloren, wofür ich und meine Frau ein leben lang geschuftet haben.

Ich will nicht mehr gehänselt werden. Deswegen setze ich mich nicht mehr damit auseinander. Ich möchte nicht klagen und auch keinen Rechtsanwalt. Ich möchte endlich ein menschenwürdiges Leben führen können, ohne jedesmal die Luft anzuhalten, wenn ich Post vom Arbeitsamt bekomme. Ich möchte das die ganze Welt weiß, was der Staat mit dem Bürger macht, und wie gehänselt wird.

Ich kann und will es nicht mehr ertragen, wegen irgendetwas zum Staat hinlaufen zu müssen, damit ich meine Grundrechte behalte. Das ist eine Riesensauerei. Meinem Bruder und meiner Frau habe ich meine Absicht auch schon mitgeteilt. Meine Nerven stehen blank. Das Gefühl, ein Mensch 2 Klasse zu sein ist es, was mich dazu treibt. Ich habe im Leben versucht etwas zu werden. Auch als die Kinder früher in die Jugendherberge gefahren sind, durfte ich mit meinem Zwillingsbruder zu Hause bleiben.

Ich weiß was Armut ist, und ich weiss was es bedeutet kein Recht zu bekommen. Ich habe einfach jetzt die Schnauze voll. Ich werde einen Präzidenzfall schaffen oder auch nicht. Aber mein Entschluß ist unumkehrbar. Ich habe meine Versprechen schon immer eingehalten. Auch bin ich nicht vorbestraft, oder in phychiatrischer Behandlung, auch habe ich gearbeitet und bin gleichzeitig zur Schule gegangen um meine Fachhochschulreife nachzuholen, während andere in die Disco gegangen sind. Ich habe schon in der Jugend auf Montage gearbeitet, damit wir etwas mehr Geld zu Hause hatten. Auch habe ich mehrere tausend Euro in die eigene Ausbildung investiert. Fast alle Abschlüsse die ich in den letzten 5 Jahren bekommen habe, waren mit sehr gut bestanden.

Ich habe meine Mutter gepflegt und habe mich auch sonst immer für die Schwächeren eingesetzt. Aber jetzt will ich nicht mehr. Ich will nicht mehr das man faules Schwein zu mir sagt, weil ich arbeitslos bin. Ich möchte nicht mehr auf Wohnungssuche gehen, wo es keine gibt. Ich möchte mich nicht um Stellen bemühen müssen, die auch nicht vorhanden sind. Und ich möchte schon gar nicht mein letztes Rückzugsgebiet, meine Wohnung verlassen müssen,weil sie angeblich 84 Euro zu teuer ist. Jetzt reicht es mir. Ich habe immer gemacht was der Staat von mir wollte. Zur Bundeswehr bin ich gegangen und habe dadurch alleine 30000 DM Verlust gehabt, währenddessen andere, die sowieso schon reich gesegnet worden sind, nicht hin mußten.

Einfach noch die letzten 20 Jahre die ich noch lebe hin und herschicken und maltretieren lassen? Nein, jetzt ist Schluß damit. Ich werde mich dem entziehen.

Gerade das Beispiel mit dem Dieselruß beweist, dass sich in Deutschland trotz unbezweifelbarer wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse und sogar eindeutiger gesetzlicher Regelungen kein Mensch, vor allem kein Politiker um die Ursachen und Folgen krankmachender Technologien kümmert. Fragen Sie doch mal in Ihrem Bekanntenkreis, wer bereit ist, durch Verzicht auf das Auto z.B. bei Feiertags- und Kurzurlaubsausflügen mit dazu beizutragen, dass endlose Staus und daraus resultierende Umweltschädigungen vermieden werden.

Immer dann, wenn es um die eigenen Interessen und die eigene Bequemlichkeit geht, werden Sie hören, dass der Einzelne sowieso nichts bewirken kann und dass das bißchen, was man selbst zur Umweltverschmutzung beiträgt, so schlimm ja auch nicht sein kann, gemessen an dem, was alle anderen zusammen bewirken. Mag man versucht sein, dieses Verhalten bei Lieschen Müller noch zu verstehen, wenn allerdings staatliche und kommunale Verwaltungen sich so verhalten, wird es kriminell. Großstädte wie Berlin, Leipzig und München müssen erst von couragierten Bürgern verklagt werden, damit sie die seit vielen Jahren angekündigten gesetzlichen Regeln zum Feinstaub (u.a. Dieselruß) einhalten. Da haben Politiker und Verwaltungen jahrelang vorsätzlich die Augen zugemacht, sich einen Dreck um Gesetze und Wohlergehen der Bürger geschert und ihre Arbeit nicht getan, für die sie von uns allen bezahlt werden.

Dass sie damit vorsätzliche Körperverletzung begehen, ja sogar den Krebstot vieler Menschen billigend in Kauf nehmen, scheint niemanden sonderlich aufzuregen. Dabei gibt es gegen solche menschenverachtende Politik, und das gilt auch im Bereich Elektrosmog durch Mobilfunk, ein gesetzlich verbrieftes Notwehrrecht. Wann wachen wir endlich auf und fangen an, uns kollektiv gegen Straftaten wie gefährliche Körperverletzung, Totschlag und Mord massiv zur Wehr zu setzen. Der Schmusekurs der Umweltbewegung hat in den letzten Jahren nur dazu geführt, dass immer mehr Politiker, Regierungsverantwortliche und Parteien glauben, mit uns machen zu können, was sie wollen.

Wir können weder bei der Industrie noch bei der staatlichen Verwaltung darauf hoffen, dass rationale, am Gemeinwohl orientierte Verhaltensweisen an die Stelle von Profitgier und Machterhaltung treten. Also hilft nur eins, Polarisierung. Wir müssen unsere Feinde benennen und bekämpfen, bevor dies die ewig Gestrigen mit ihren Dummenfängern von der NPD und anderen rechtsradikalen Gruppierungen tun. Wir müssen wieder den Mut haben, auf die Strasse zu gehen und für eine Welt ohne krankmachenden Verkehr und ohne krankmachenden Elektrosmog eintreten und notfalls kämpfen.

Das kalte Profitdenken z.B. eines Josef Ackermann von der Deutschen Bank stellt eine grundgesetzeswidrige Machtausübung gegen die Menschen dieses Landes dar. Notfalls muß dieser Macht auch mit Gewalt begegnet werden. Vor allem aber müssen wir alle aufhören, unseren jeweiligen persönlichen Vorteil, unsere persönliche Bequemlichkeit oder unsere Angst um Arbeitsplatzverlust oder Einkommensschmälerung zum Maßstab unseres Handelns zu machen. Wir brauchen gelebte Solidarität und Verantwortungsbewußtsein, um unsere Welt lebenswert zu machen und für unsere Kinder zu erhalten.

Konkret heißt das, sich informieren und andere aufklären, selbst mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen und Freunde zum Mitmachen animieren, Kinder umweltbewußt und kritisch erziehen, sich in Umweltverbänden wie dem BUND organisieren und solidarisch auf allen Ebenen für die Abschaffung von Mißständen eintreten, uneinsichtigen Politikern und Industrievertretern massiven Protest entgegentragen und durch Konsumverzicht oder Arbeitsstreik Umdenkprozesse in Wirtschaft und Politik einzuleiten.

Wobei es im Detail nicht immer leicht ist.. auch z.B. Feinstaubfilter.

Ein Freund arbeitet in der Entwicklung, Wasserstoff - Energie und sagte, dass der Filter dafür (KA,t) so wie ihn die Franzosen bauen, ein ganz seltenes Element enthalten muss, damit er geht.

Nun, falls alle geschätzten Vorkommen diese Metalls (nicht geförderten) für die Filter Verwendung finden würde, würde diese Gesamtmenge nur für wenige Jahre Filterproduktion reichen und ist auch mit erheblichen "Gewinnungsproblemem," Schäden verbunden!

Das soll der Grund der deutschen Autoindustrie sein, da etwas zögerlich in diese Technik zu investieren.

Ist sowieso Blödsinn einen Technologie vorzuschreiben und nicht den Output zu begrenzen (war lange im Bereich der Abwasserreinigung auch so, schlechte Reinigungstechnik für Millionen an Kosten (für die Bürger) und oft mässig geklärtes Abwasser statt wenig hunderttausende Investition in natürliche Systeme, die supereffektiv funktionieren.

Schlimm sind so Sachen, wie die der Weltbank oder West LB die mit zum Teil öffentlichen Geldern in Malaysia Sägewerke errichten lassen, die dann illegales Tropenholz unter Fantasiename geschnitten nach Deutschland bringen, und keiner weiß mehr welcher Urwald dafür geplättet wurde! Das liegt dann schon mal in Rathäusern auf dem Boden und hat sogar ein "Ökozertifikat".

Das prinzipielle Problem liegt etwas verlagert, hat mit etwas Mathe zu tun, und mit dem System selbst.

Heiner Geisler, ja der von der Union sagt dazu wörtlich:

"Wir müssen einen Konzeption entwickeln, die im Gegensatz zum gegenwärtigen kapitalistischen Wirtschaftssystem steht" (dpa interview)

und anderes interessante... besser überraschende.

Nun, hier im Osten hör ich , dass genau diese Art Kapitalismus den wir hier erleben, der meiner Meinung nach, schon lange keiner mehr ist (Vielzahl der Anbieter fehlt!) so ist, wie sie davon unterrichtet und gewarnt wurden.

Ob die Dummfänger von der NPD kommen, oder die der SPD und C(X)U sind, ist gleich, schlimm ist, dass 80% sich fangen lassen, ohne zu reflektieren was ihnen "reingedrückt" wird.

Soll doch einer mal sauber darstellen, wieviele Milliarden Staatsvermögen den privaten Kapitalmarkt flossen, wer sich daran bereichert hat und noch immer tut. Soll Ackermann davon nur ablenken? Gutes Opfer ist er ja, als Schweizer, also den "ehm. Raubrittern" die sich in die Berge verkrochen (Zitat meines Schweizer Freundes).

Was ist mit dem geforderten Wachstum, wer hinterfragt es?

Wenn man merkt wie die Rechten hier loslegen, Schleusingen soll zur Hochburg ausgebaut werden, in den Dörfern werden die Jugendzimmer "übernommen" und die "Rechten" sind heute die tollen Typen der Jugendkultur (so erscheint es mir, cabriofahrenden Vollgaskids (der Sprit ist immer noch viel zu billig!), die sich auf ihre Verfassungsrechte berufen und Meinungsfreiheit posaunen, und am liebsten dies alles für uns abschaffen würden.

Unter einem faschistischen System wären es vermutlich die Ersten, die deportiert würden...

Nun, soweit wird es hier, zumindest solange ich hier bin nicht kommen, obwohl wir im Gemeinderat deswegen aktuell eine Sondersitzung hatten und tätig werden mussten!

Aber genauso mies ist die Entwicklung bei den anderen Dingen, ob Lebensmittel, Ökolandwirtschaft, Solargeschichten.

Aus guten Ideen und Konzepten wird das wirtschaftliche herausgezogen, maximiert und die Nachhaltigkeit, zumindest die holistisch gedachte geht oft dabei baden.

Die kleinen Ökobauern machen dicht, keiner kauft mehr ab Hof, die Milch wird konventionell verschleudert, dafür wird das Ökofutter per Nachtflug ins Landgebracht, und bei jedem Flugzeugstart wird immer noch Unmengen steuerfreier giftiger Sprit zur Kühlung durch die Triebwerke gejagt, viele Tonnen regnen täglich über z.B. Frankfurt runter (nach Pilotenauskunft).

Nun, Handy und Kommunikation ist ja nicht grundlegend schlecht, sondern gerade auch für den kritischen Austausch sehr wichtig.

Die Belastungen dadurch (EMF, Psyche, Abhängigkeiten, Ruhelosigkeit, kognitive Fähigkeit, Überwachungsmöglichkeit, etc. ) sind was anderes.

Doch wie HR. Weiland schreibt, von Auto über Billigflug, immer die anderen sollten verzichten, bewusst nutzen... und jeder rennt nach dem Sonderangebotsgerafffel, g... sich am "Ich bin Blöd" Markt auf, und merkt nicht wie er vieles zerstört, keine Strukturen die das Land am Leben halten (hielten) und wird gleichzeitig so richtig abkassiert!

im Grunde teile ich Ihre Meinung, möchte aber die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Scheinheiligkeit der Politik lenken:

Bevor man wieder einmal auf die KFZ- Besitzer einhackt, die keinen Diesel- Rußfilter haben und deshalb ganz schlimme Umweltverschmutzer sind und deshalb auch noch mehr Steuern bezahlen sollen als bisher, sollten erst einmal andere "Schularbeiten" gemacht werden:

Mindestens europaweite Flugbenzinsteuern für die weltweit größten Umweltverschmutzer, außerdem Auflagen mit hohen Strafen, die das Ablassen von nicht verbranntem hochgiftigem und Krebs förderndem Kerosin in die Luft verbieten.

Und schließlich sterben jährlich erwiesenermaßen über 40.000 Menschen in der Bundesrepublik an den Folgen des Tabakrauchens, begleitet mit immensen Krankheitskosten für die Allgemeinheit.

Und was ist mit den Folgen des exzessiven Alkoholkonsums?

Ich habe den Eindruck, dass unsere Politiker (egal welcher Farbe) das Augenmaß für die richtigen Verhältnismäßigkeiten verloren haben (wenn sie es je besessen haben).

Wie jeder EMF - Mobilfunk- Gegner weiß, oder zumindest der RegTP Schutzabstandsberechnung entnehmen kann, sind dort die abgestrahlte Sendeleistung kreisförmig auf den Raum verteilt. Nun, je nach Standort und dessen Bestückung entstehen so Schutzabstände von wenigen Dutzend Zentimetern bis zu einigen Metern. Diese realitätsfremde Rechenpraxis die Bedingung für die Genehmigung von Mobilfunkstandorten ist, kritisieren wir seit Jahren, da die Wirklichkeit der Abstrahlung darin nur mangelhaft bewertet wird.

Die FGF hat in einem Artikel von Matthias Wuschek, Christian Bornkessel", "Immissionsuntersuchungen in der Umgebung von GSM und UMTS 04-04" als pdf unter http://tinyurl.com/67eza , folgendes formuliert, das uns seit langen zu kritischen Äußerungen zwingt:

"Die größten Immissionen treten also regelmäßig an den Punkten auf, die sich im vertikalen Hauptstrahl der Antennen befinden. Derartige Punkte können durchaus 50 bis 100 Meter vom Anlagenstandort entfernt sein. Im Nahbereich (hier: etwa 0 bis 40 Meter) finden sich nur in bestimmten Ausnahmefällen (z.B. bei Antennen mit geringer vertikaler Bündelung, starker vertikaler Strahlabsenkung oder ausgeprägten Nebenkeulen) überdurchschnittliche Immissionen."

Wann werden die Genehmigungsbedingungen für Mobilfunksendeanlagen der Realität angepasst und dem Stand des technischen und medizinischen Wissen?

Die Ausnahme wird zur Regel der Berechung gemacht!

Wann wird die laienhafte Rechenmethode der RegTP Vorschrift der Realität angepasst und die kritisch zu betrachtende Höhe des geltenden Grenzwertes abgesenkt?

Und weiter spannend ist die Bewertung süddeutscher Messkampagnen, die ja gerne zu politischen Argumentationen verwandtet werden:

"In Berlin wurde bewusst die Nähe zu Mobilfunksendern gesucht, während in Bayern bzw. Baden- Württemberg aufgrund der zufälligen Messpunktauswahl nur gelegentlich eine Mobilfunkstation in unmittelbarer Nähe des Messpunktes zu liegen kam. Außerdem wurde in Baden-Württemberg aufgrund des festen Messpunktrasters auch außerhalb von Ortschaften auf der freien Wiese bzw. im Wald gemessen. Dies führt zusätzlich zu einer Verringerung der mittleren Größe der Messergebnisse.

In Bayern wurden die Messpunkte zwar ausschließlich in Wohngebiete gelegt, der Messaufbau war jedoch nicht geeignet, das Feldstärkemaximum im Messvolumen zu ermitteln.

Zusätzlich ist anzumerken, dass bei beiden Messkampagnen nur outdoor in Bodennähe gemessen wurde, also keine Messorte innerhalb von Gebäuden in größerer Höhe (d.h. näher an der vertikalen Hauptsenderichtung der Mobilfunkantennen) gewählt wurden, was ebenfalls die mittlere Immission niedrig hält."

Wer also im Obergeschoss wohnt, oder unter dem Dach wird also wesentlich intensiver bestrahlt.

I am hopeing someone will be able to give me some help with a bit of technical advice. I live in a tower block in central london. The roof of my building is under lease to Orange who have been using it as a Base Station Controller (BSC). This apparently has been going on for 13 years. I only became aware of this when the amount of dishes began to grow over the last few years (20+) and could be clearly seen from the ground. I have since become aware of the health issues related to this form of technology and am in the process of trying to start a campaign to get this BSC removed. It took me over a year to get Orange to tell me whats on the roof. Which basically involved giving me measurements of dishes, hardly technical stuff!. But the point which they made which I could do with some advice on is the fact that they state it is not a Base Station at all but a BSC which "uses narrow band, directional, microwave links to integrate remote sites into the wider Orange network. Since microwave links are not required to provide network coverage to any area, their power levels are extremely low, so much so that no real public health concerns have been raised about them."

Does this mean my specific base station (BSC) is not potentially harmful? I went to OFCOM's Sitefinder where Base stations are listed and its not there. So I rang OFCOM and they iniatially said they had never heard of a BSC and registration of a site by and mobile company was voluntary. I asked how they could check that Operators were keeping within emission guidelines if they did'nt know where they were and was told they did not check! I then explained exactly what the BSC was supposed to do (as Above) and was then told it should be licensed and is dealt with by the "people upstairs" I asked who they were but she would not tell me. Instead she said I must send an email requesting information and that I could not be put through to any one else.

All of which seems a bit 'cloak and dagger'. So if any out there can tell if thet know anything about BSC's I would me most grateful. I find myself in a position where I want to do a campaign to have this Base Station removed but if I go to my local councillors argueing that I want it removed I really need to know a bit about what it is and if it is a potential danger.

Nun die leider wahre Geschichte einer alleinerziehende Mutter, die es nun wahrlich nicht einfach hat über die Runden zu kommen.

Dienstag, 1. März - es gibt regulär ALG II
Donnerstag, 3. März - immer noch kein Geld da!

Ich begebe mich auf das Landratsamt, um mich nach dem Verbleib meines Geldes zu erkundigen. Frau X, die zuständige Angestellte sucht ewig nach meiner Akte, bis sie sie endlich doch fand und feststellte das keine Sperre des Geldes vorlag.

Sperre dachte ich, wozu – ich hatte mir nichts zu schulden kommen lassen. Wird man jetzt schon unschuldig vorverurteilt, nur weil man keine Arbeit hat, die es ja auch nicht gibt, oder warum schaut Frau X zuerst nach einer Sperre.

Wie dem auch sei, dachte ich. Frau X versprach jedenfalls das Geld noch heute anzuweisen

Freitag, 4. März - kein Geld da

Wovon soll ich meine Wochenendeinkauf tätigen, wovon mein Kind ernähren? Mir schnürte es die Kehle zu. Das erste Mal in meinem Leben überkam mich das Gefühl der totalen Hilflosigkeit. Ich hatte plötzlich unendlich großen Hunger. Ich borgte mir bei Freunden Geld für einen kleine Einkauf – nur das Nötigste – versteht sich, man will ja niemanden auf der Tasche liegen. Aber peinlich war’s schon, erklären zu müssen, warum ich sie jetzt anpumpe.

Montag, 7. März – immer noch kein Geld.

Wovon soll ich die Miete bezahlen. Einen Anruf beim Vermieter und ihm sagen: „Eh tut mir leid. Das Amt zahlt die Almosen nicht, also ich dir auch keine Miete?“. Echt peinlich. Ich schäme mich für meine Situation. Ich beschließe mit dem Essen etwas kürzer zu treten. Man weiß ja nicht wann das Geld endlich gezahlt wird. Aber wenigstens mein Kind soll nicht hungern. Es kann ja nichts dafür.

Die erste schlaflose Nacht. Ich hab Hunger. Dennoch ich muß aufs Amt

Dienstag, 8. März - mein alltäglicher Gang zur Bank – erfolglos. Und ich hatte so gehofft mich nicht wieder wie eine Bettlerin aufs Amt begeben zu müssen.

Na ja gegen 17 Uhr hatte ich sowieso einen Termin. Ich muß meinen Folgeantrag auf ALG II stellen. Da ich ja nun zwei Angelegenheiten zu klären hatte, ging ich zwei Stunden eher hin. Natürlich kam ich doch erst um 17 Uhr dran.

Bin ich im falsche Film fuhr es mir durch den Kopf? Das darf doch nicht wahr sein.

Frau X war wieder ewig damit beschäftigt meine Akte zu suchen und diesmal fand sie sie nicht. Sie holte sich Kollegin Y zu Hilfe. Mit vereinten Kräften fanden sie nach langen Suchen meine Akte und mußten feststellen, das keine Überweisung stattfand. Vielleicht auf ein anderes Konto sagt Frau Y.

Auf welches andere Konto denn, fragte ich. Schließlich bin ich ALG II Empfängerin und kann mir kaum die Kontoführungsgebühren für ein Konto leisten (nach der Regelsatzverordnung stehen einem ALG-II-Empfänger, der den vollen Regelsatz erhält, übrigens 0,36 Euro pro Monat dafür zu). Ich lächelte müde und sagte ich habe nur ein Konto. Leise ganz leise fragt ich nun nach einer Barauszahlung. Schließlich so erklärte ich müsse ich Miete bezahlen und auch meine Tochter bräuchte irgend etwas zum Essen.

Eine Barauszahlung, da waren sich Frau X und Frau Y einig – völlig unmöglich. Die Gesetze ließen dies auf gar keinen Fall zu.

Na mein Gott – bin ich denn eine Verbrecherin – denke ich. Ich will doch eigentlich nur meine „Grundsicherung zum Lebensunterhalt“ die mir ja nach §1 SBG II auch zusteht, sagte ich wütend und verzweifelt.

Plötzlich, man hatte wohl Mitleid mit mir, mittlerweile liefen mir leise die Tränen über beide Wangen, gab man mir einen Zettel, auf den stand ich könne mir 100 € an der Kasse der Führerscheinstelle abholen. Ich war entsetzt - 100 € soll ich davon jetzt meinen Vermieter trösten oder uns etwas zu essen kaufen?

Frau X und Frau Y verstanden meine Aufregung nicht – nun hatte ich doch etwas Geld. Sie versprachen wieder das restliche Geld zu überweisen. Ich lächelte müde und wollte gerade gehen da sagte Frau X: „Ach ja da wäre noch was: “Wenn sie ihren Widerspruch zurückziehen würden, gäbe es sicher mit der Überweisung keine Probleme!“

Jetzt schlägts 13, dachte ich. Ich bin plötzlich hellwach und sagte wie von selbst : “Meinen Widerspruch zurückziehen auf gar keine Fall. Sie zahlen mir weniger als mir zusteht, zum Beispiel der Mehrbedarf für mich als Alleinerziehende – immerhin 40€ im Monat- .Nein meinen Widerspruch halte ich aufrecht“. Ich ging ohne zu grüßen.

Auf dem Weg zur Führerscheinstelle hatte ich ausreichend Zeit mich zu sammeln. Das war auch gut so, denn die Dame dort zahlte die 100 € aus als wäre es ein Lottogewinn gewesen. Eigentlich genug Anlaß um sich wieder aufzuregen, aber ich wollte und konnte nicht mehr.

Mittwoch, 9. März - blieb ich den ganzen Tag im Haus. Ich war irgendwie depressiv und immer noch total wütend über die Anmaßung mit dem Widerspruch.

Donnerstag, 10. März – kein Geld auf der Bank.

Der erste Mahnbrief vom Vermieter munterte mich auch nicht gerade auf. Was denken sich bloß Schröder und Co, wenn sie die Menschen so unverschuldet ins Elend stürzen, dachte ich.

Freitag, 11. März - Immer noch kein Geld!!

Ich ging nach Hause – nun wußte ich nicht mehr weiter. Gegen Mittag, das Landratsamt war längst für den Besucherverkehr geschlossen, rief Frau Y mich an. Sie kam ohne Umschweife zur Sache und beharrte darauf. Ich solle meinen Widerspruch zurückziehen. „Nein, sagte ich schon wieder auf 180. Ich werde meine Widerspruch nicht zurückziehen. Einen Widerspruch gegen einen Bescheid einzulegen ist eine demokratisch legitimierte Sache erklärte ich völlig aufgeregt.

Frau Y blieb ganz gelassen und erklärte, sie könne nicht verstehen, wieso ich trotzdem ich meinen Widerspruch nicht zurückziehen wolle, nun dennoch Geld von Landratsamt verlange.

Jetzt platzt mir die Hutschnur ich muß mich beruhigen.

Es gelingt und ich sage: „Das Geld, welches sie nicht zahlen wollen hängt nicht vom Widerspruch ab. Es steht mir per Gesetz zu – lesen sie doch mal im SGB II nach“.

Nun gut, sagt Frau Y, ich solle es mir noch einmal überlegen, wenn ich nämlich meine Widerspruch nicht zurückzöge, könnte ich auch keinen neuen Antrag auf ALG II stellen. Sie wünsche mir ein schönes Wochenende und legte einfach auf.

Jetzt reichts, dachte ich. So nicht mit mir.

Ich rief beim ver.di Bezirk Leipzig-Nordsachsen an und schilderte meinen Fall. Leider mußte ich dort erfahren, dass ich nicht die einzige bin, der man das Geld einfach nicht auszahlt. Natürlich habe ich das Recht bei meinem Widerspruch zu bleiben, bestätigte mir die dortige Rechtsabteilung. Ich muß den Widerspruch nicht zurückziehen, um den laufenden Regelsatz zu erhalten oder gar einen Folgeantrag stellen zu können.

Ich war beruhigt. Ich laß mich nicht so maßregeln. Gleich am Montag starte ich den nächsten Versuch. Ich werde für meine Rechte kämpfen. Tut Ihr es auch! Kämpfen wir alle zusammen für eine sofortige Regelsatzerhöhung.

Wir müssen selbst für unsere Rechte kämpfen. Denn wenn wir es nicht machen, macht es niemand.

Letzte Bemerkung zum Verschicken der Folgeanträge. Achtung, nicht alle Folgeanträge werden pünktlich verschickt. Ihr müßt Euch selbst kümmern, sonst bekommt ihr im April kein Geld, da die Anträge noch nicht bearbeitet werden konnten. So jedenfalls könnte die Ausrede sein, die man Euch dann auftischt.

Es ist ein Skandal, wenn man die Ärmsten der Armen jetzt auch noch um ihr ALG II bringen will.

Since the installation in May 2004 of a relay of the operator of telephony Mobilis at the village d'Aït Ahcène (7 km east of the town of Tizi Ouzou), the population lives in a permanent tension.
