Bill forbids mandatory microchip implants

they talk about New Hampshire USA RFID Study commision
that recomends the removing all blocks to allow RFID Tagging of Children, Adults and dead bodies. They removed the part of the bill that requires people to be age of consent.

Interview states that Lobby members outnumberd activists on RFID which closely resembles the Cell Phone Industry Lobby.
