FEMA, CILFs & State Security: Shocking Updates (11-28-05)

The Bush-Cheney Regime is telling US citizens their exact intent. In fact FEMA is being upgraded as a federal agency, and upon passage of PATRIOT Act III, which contains the amendment to overturn posse comitatus, FEMA will be re-militarized, which will give the agency military police powers. It should be remembered that FEMA started out in 1952 as a military agency, called Federal Emergency Military Agency (FEMA).

FEMA was under the control of the Department of Defense. In related news, as reported on CNBC, the new Taser H-26 super stun gun has been fully developed and is already being sold, even though there have been problems.

(It also comes with the laser target identifier, so when you see that little red dot on you at night, and you wish to avoid that nasty shock, you immediately raise your right arm in the air and shout - "Hail the Leader.")

Taser doesn't like having to adopt the new label of semi-lethal instead of non-lethal. Semi-lethal, in this case, means that whether it is lethal to you or not depends on your body's tolerance for 100,000 volts of electricity.

Nevertheless Taser is going to restrict sales to governmental agencies and the military only, at least for now. FEMA has announced they will go ahead with the purchase of the new super stun gun to add to their ever-growing arsenal of high-tech, so-called non-lethal and semi-lethal weapons, to be used for the control of either crowds or the control of detained citizens en masse.

But after PATRIOT III is passed, FEMA will be re-militarized and it will be a fully stand-alone federal agency that will take over from the Department of Defense the militarized law enforcement and citizen control function within the United States.

FEMA has acted, as we reported earlier, not to confiscate, but to commandeer the Red Cross emergency housing facilities in the future. Furthermore FEMA has announced it will commandeer now and take control of all remaining temporary housing facilities now being run by private charities and other organizations. In other words, these facilities are going to be brought under control of a remilitarized, military policed and empowered FEMA.

As Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff pointed out in recent weeks, these private temporary housing facilities and compounds will be made 'secure' by FEMA.

Secondly, FEMA is now taking over from the U.S. Army the control of the CILF project (Civilian Inmate Labor Facilities). FEMA will now provide the personnel within these facilities to act as guards, and also to keep out of the venue any legalities regarding any personal rights, as well as civil liberties that citizens detained in these facilities would have had, had these facilities remained under the control of the Department of Defense. In other words, these facilities, legally speaking, in a post-PATRIOT Act III environment, will hold citizens, who while detained will have no rights. This lack of rights goes beyond the lack of rights that exists now under PATRIOT II. This means indefinite detention without trial, indefinite detention without charge, indefinite detention without right of counsel-indefinite detention secretly, without any communication with the outside world, and without anyone knowing where you are.

The power to do so does not really rest with the Department of Defense. That power really rests with Homeland Security and FEMA.

And this is what it has come down to -- a turf war between Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, between Chertoff and Rumsfeld, that Homeland Security has won. That's what this is really all about. It's a turf war, in which Homeland Security wants militarized police operations domestically under its control. It wants to run all civilian detention facilities, all 'non-conventional civilian judicial apparatus' relating to the PATRIOT Act, knowing this would vastly increase the power of Homeland Security.

Chertoff didn't say this, but Congressman Dan Burton said that, after PATRIOT III is passed, the Department of Homeland Security's name will be changed to the Office of State Security. He also said that's what pro-Bush faction Republicans wanted to name the agency all along, but were afraid to do so because of what that might mean in certain public quarters and how it might be construed.

However, Congressman Burton points out, sinisterly enough, that, in a post-PATRIOT Act III environment -- we need no longer be concerned about public opinion. Chertoff is thus setting himself up as a czar, a Czar of Domestic Military Security.

Chertoff is doing it by cobbling a system together -- by increasing FEMA powers, which would be further increased anyway in the post-PATRIOT III environment. This will insure that Northern Command does not trump the Department of Homeland Security, or soon to be the Office of State Security, in terms of militarized law enforcement capacity. In other words, he wants Homeland Security and FEMA to have that power and organization -- not the Department of Defense.

This is a power struggle Chertoff is clearly winning and Rumsfeld is effectively feeding into. The implications, of course, continue to be ever more sinister for the American people in the post-PATRIOT III environment. What remaining civil rights and constitutional protections were afforded American citizens would be effectively eviscerated, and we will have what the Regime has wanted all along -- a militarized police state.

Furthermore, what will happen is that in the post-Patriot III environment, the CILF project, for the first time, will be able to be openly funded as a separate budgetary item, instead of funding it through the U.S. Army, as it's being done now. It is currently estimated the Regime is spending about $1 billion dollars a year on refurbishing and expanding the CILF program. The funding, by the way, is being diverted from U.S. Army training and weapons procurement funding. That's where the money's coming from. However, in the post-PATRIOT Act III environment, the CILFs will be able to be funded as a separate item.

Chertoff even said this, that he would request funding be increased from what is an estimated billion dollars per annum now, to $10 billion per annum, to allow for the dramatic expansion of CILF facilities in order to meet the new goal.

Readers may remember the CILFs originally were envisioned to house 2 million dissidents, or those who were found to be acting in a seditious capacity or otherwise treasonous to the state. That was, I think, the original language in 1977. What Chertoff has now said is that the facilities are going to be expanded to initially house 3 million.

Furthermore, and what is interesting about this, is the Department of Homeland Security is currently petitioning for increased power over the Department of the Interior, for example. It is now attempting to usurp some of the authority of the Department of Interior regarding the management of certain federal lands in 'agriculturally or mineral producing areas.' FEMA now wants first dibs, as it were, over these lands.

It is likely, based on the pronouncements coming from FEMA and OEM, or Office of Emergency Management, (remember FEMA and OEM will be put together as one agency post-PATRIOT III), one can draw the conclusion from this attempt to usurp the power of the Department of the Interior that Chertoff intends to build CILFs on federal lands.

Remember a Department of Homeland Security senior advisor, former KGB General Yevgeny Primakov, intimated this before in a radio show he did with BBC, which we have previously written about: Chertoff wants to build new large CILF camps on agricultural or mineral-producing areas. In other words, what he's talking about now is the construction of a long-term system of concentration camps, using slave labor for mining and for the production of agricultural products.

Chertoff is saying these places have to support themselves. Under Bushonomics, the red ink cannot flow forever to the point where you could potentially house, let's say, 10% of the population in a gulag. These gulags, like the Russian gulags, have to pay for themselves somehow, and how you make them pay is by insuring the detainees are put to work producing something of value -- agriculture, metals, minerals, fishing rights, timber -- something that is of commercial value to defray the cost of maintaining a gulag.

And that is precisely what Chertoff is attempting to build. That's why Chertoff has requested the special power over the Department of Interior to inform 'certain current commercial leaseholders of federal lands-agriculture, grazing, timber, metals, minerals, etc.-to shorten the leases of these lands and to make them a fixed termination wherein the Department of Homeland Security (soon to be the Office of State Security) could take control of these lands to build CILFs on them that would be self-supporting or reasonably so.'

Typically these things are sub-contracted out to Bush connected firms. But pro-Bush faction Republicans have expressed a willingness to give up that gravy train to some extent. Their willingness comes out of their desperation to see a pro-Bush faction Regime remain in power, knowing that, if a democratic process is allowed to proceed, (this is the thinking), a Democratic Party candidate would be elected president in 2008. If that were to occur, the economic policies which this Democrat Party administration would have to undertake would be so draconian that, in order for the American people, to make it politically palatable, they would need to tell the people for the very first time the truth about the Bush Cabal and about the rape and pillage of the United States by this Cabal.

It will not be couched in terms of FDR's New Deal program. When you have to ask the American people to make substantial sacrifices, short of fighting a global war, they're going to want to know why. Global war against "terrorism" will not be convincing anymore.

Therefore, an incoming Democratic regime would have no choice but to tell the people the truth about Bushonomics and about the Bush Cabal and what has been done to the nation and the trillions upon trillions in debt this Cabal and Bushonian Regimes have accrued. Then, all of the pro-Bush faction Republicans with connections to the frauds, to the endless panoply of Bushonian frauds, would be flushed out and identified.

Therefore, pro-Bush faction Republicans are increasingly desperate to ensure that the Regime is continued and that it uses its PATRIOT Act powers to continue itself, not only in power, but in absolute power. Consequently they're willing to give up the gravy train on the minerals and agricultural lands.

However, interestingly enough, as Congressman Tom DeLay had pointed out previously, since the mineral and ag payments haven't increased much since the original law of 1872, thanks to Republican pressure to keep them low, the federal government is not losing much revenue anyway. Why? Because the lease payments are so low relative to the commercial value of the land, CILFs could actually make these lands generate a profit beyond the cost of actually running the CILF.

General Primakov warned us of this in his BBC radio interview in
2003. This is when he was still a senior advisor to Homeland Security on Domestic Internal Security affairs, DISA, as it was called, as it is still called. General Primakov, knowing he would lose his $150,000-a-year consulting fee, came out and started to tell the truth. But Primakov wasn't really giving up anything because he knew that when his 18-month contract was over, it wasn't going to be renewed anyway because it had become an embarrassment. Primakov, Karpov and Kalugin had frankly become embarrassments -- and they knew it.

Therefore, in order to hedge his bets, Primakov goes to Europe and starts giving interviews about what the Bush Cheney Regime is up to. That way, he could be an I-told-you-so down the road. This is something Russian generals always like to say down the road. Their one great claim to fame is for Russian generals 10 years down the line to be able to say, "I told you so."

This is an update, and a review of where the nation is going. There are more and more signs and they are showing the intent of the Bush Cheney Regime. What I find most onerous of all is that the Regime, with each passing month, hides less and less of its intent. In other words, the amount of information within the public domain, although, granted, not particularly easy to find, is nonetheless in the public domain. There is plenty of information even the average citizen can find in the public domain, if they know how to look for it.

That's the key difference. Most people don't know how to look. But if you do know how to look for information, the amount of information regarding all of what we have just said that is in the public domain is astounding. The Regime is not attempting to hide its intent. And with near-absolute control of mainstream media, it doesn't have to. For instance regarding the turf war between the Pentagon and Homeland Security, people have asked me -- are the generals going to sit still and let it happen?

The generals in the Department of Defense know, in the last analysis, they control the military. They control all of the heavy weapons. More importantly, they control all of the military infrastructure. They know that, even if they are not in control of the CILFs and if the Department of Defense is not in control of a militarized police state, in the last analysis, they are in control. The reason why, I think, Rumsfeld is acquiescing is he doesn't want the Department of Defense to have the headache of this program. I mean, who wants the headache of doing this?

Rumsfeld is not interested in becoming a king or czar. Chertoff apparently is.

But we should understand where we are going. As mentioned before, OEM went through the GSA (Government Service Administration) to have new rationing booklets printed for food, petrol, tobacco, liquor, etc., which is something that has not been done since the Second World War. This in itself speaks volumes. The only reason you're going to do that is if you intend to ration products in the US.

Here's another part we touched on before that should be reiterated. The FEMA-OEM combination in a post-PATRIOT Act III environment already exists (it doesn't need a declaration) since a state of national emergency has existed since 9-14-01.

We should also remember the declaration of a national emergency, the legal trip wires exist. In other words, in a sense, PATRIOT III is already here.

In a post-PATRIOT III environment, the FEMA-OEM combination could, at any time, exert absolute control over the production and distribution of food and fuels, by the power already given to them under PATRIOTs I and II.

In a post-PATRIOT III environment, they could act under the existing declaration of a national emergency signed by George Bush in September 2001 that gives them enough to hang their hat on, legally speaking, to exert control over the production and distribution of food, water, medicine, etc. in the nation. As we have mentioned before, the OEM has done surveys of all the large food distribution companies in the United States, asking them the total number of outlets they have, the square footage, the production volume, etc. They would then have the information ready so the FEMA-OEM super-combo agency (the State Security Agency), after PATRIOT Act III, would have the information necessary to take control of food and water distribution, production, etc. in the nation if they so chose to do.

All of this is combined with what we have been writing about-the various edicts of the U.S. Treasury to increasingly restrict citizens' ability to own gold, to take gold out of the country, to force them to use a soft dollar in a post-economically collapsed environment, knowing that that is the ultimate goal.

Why is all of this is being done? Why is the regime moving to a militarized police state and to a dictatorship?

It is because of what Comptroller General David Walker said, that after 2009, the ability of the United States to continue to service its debt becomes questionable.

Although the average citizen may not understand what that means, when the United States can no longer service its debt it collapses as an economic entity. We would be an economically collapsed state.

The only way government can function and can maintain control in an economically collapsed state is through a military dictatorship. Government has never been able to maintain control throughout history of a post-economically collapsed environment other than in a military dictatorship. We have seen many examples of this south of the border, in Eastern Europe and in Asia throughout the twentieth century.

There is really nothing new about this. People act like this is something new. The people who believe that, of course, are the naive flag-wavers. They also believe that what has happened on the rest of this planet throughout history can't happen in the United States. Of course, it can. And it will happen because Bushonomics ensures that it will happen.

Bushonomics is ensuring the need for a military dictatorship in the nation. The United States, in order to survive in a post-economically collapsed environment, would have to have the ability to repudiate the trillions of Bushonian debt that has been accrued. It couldn't survive as an economic state and still service that debt.

We've heard this on radio shows before, that there is a growing number of people in this country who are buying 5 or 10 acres of farmland in the middle of nowhere and building little farm-lets for themselves and getting ready for all this. First of all, that's nonsense, in that FEMA and OEM would control all food production in the country, ala Soviet style. As General Primakov said, this would not only be an American gulag system, but an American gulag system based on a Soviet model.

In other words, you are forced to sell your products to the state at a fixed price. The state is going to know how much you can grow. It is nonsense to believe you can remain in the United States and have any degree of independence or control over your own life or the ability to feed yourself without a rationing coupon book. That is nonsense to believe. It is further nonsense that those who buy survivalist food and guns think that they are going to stand up against their government. That is nonsense as well.

The new American Civil War scenario is also nonsense. You would be mowed down. Let's face it. Why do you think all of the sub agencies now, like the Office of Internal Security, have already identified every potential citizen who is hostile to the regime? Your whereabouts are already known. It isn't like you can hide.

And this is the long and short of it. The only thing that is going to be good is gold and the only way to have that is to be outside of the United States.

By the way this column is not meant to be apocalyptic. This is simply a review of the situation as it currently stands and what it will look like after PATRIOT III. There's nothing apocalyptic here. There is no guesswork implied.

The Regime is telling you their intentions.

Seven Revolutions: The End Game

The Council on Foreign Relations journal, Foreign Affairs July/August issue, contained three articles on the influenza pandemic. Since the CFR is a who's who of the American elite, it is almost certain that the pandemic will strike this flu season. There are few major trends or events in the world which are not planned, so it is worth contemplating the 78 top level microbiologists and medical researchers who have been murdered or met untimely deaths since 1994.

From October 4, 2001 till January 7, 2005 the average is about 1.2 deaths per month or approximately 1 every 25 days. These people were the crème de la crème in their scientific fields. The chances of these deaths being unrelated is 14 billion to 1.

Are the global elite covering their tracks before releasing mass plagues upon the Earth? They are, after all, committed to "solving" the problem of world wide population growth. These scientists maybe the few people who might recognize the man-made origins of the disease or know how to treat it.

According to a top level think tank, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) run by luminaries such as Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brzezinski, population growth and resource consumption are priorities 1 and 2 of the "Seven Revolutions" they have identified for year 2025.

"The SEVEN REVOLUTIONS initiative dares to do what fewer and fewer organizations are able to do – to consider the long-term implications of global trends at work today. The Initiative maps seven key trends that will effect change out to the year 2025 and provides leaders with a comprehensive outline of the major challenges that lie ahead. The seven "revolutionary" areas of change are (1) population; (2) resource management; (3) technology; (4) information and knowledge flows; (5) economic integration; (6) conflict; and (7) governance. Each of these revolutions embodies both promise and peril and it is up to every one of us to determine the trajectory that these revolutionary forces will follow"

The Global Strategy Institute at CSIS

Henry Kissinger wrote the notorious National Security Study Memorandum #200 for President Ford in 1974, identifying Third World depopulation as a priority for U.S. national security policy.

Kissinger was implementing an agenda sponsored by the Rockefellers, the most powerful family in U.S. history. The Rockefellers not only established an oil monopoly, they pioneered the drug-based medicine which constitutes the global medical dictatorship today. John D. Rockefeller III founded the Population Council in 1952. In 1969 he was appointed Chairman of the U.S. Commission on Population Growth and the American Future. In a letter submitted with the final report in 1972, he told President Nixon that,

After two years of concentrated effort, we have concluded that, in the long run, no substantial benefits will result from further growth of the Nation’s population, rather that the gradual stabilization of our population through voluntary means would contribute significantly to the Nation’s ability to solve its problems. We have looked for, and have not found, any convincing economic argument for continued population growth. The health of our country does not depend on it, nor does the vitality of business nor the welfare of the average person.

John D. Rockefeller III was also Chairman of The National Policy Panel of the U.S. United Nations Association. It produced a 57-page report, dated May 1969, entitled World Population, A Challenge to the United Nations and Its System of Agencies. This emphasized the need for the United Nations and other international bodies to lead the response to world population growth.

The American population control think tank, Negative Population Growth Inc., recommended in 1992 that the population of the U.S. should be 125-150 million, requiring a 50% cut from its current level. In 1995, the same think-tank published a study recommending an 80% reduction in global population.

Other super-rich individuals such as CNN founder, Ted Turner, have made cataclysmic predictions about the consequences of population growth. The Turner Foundation used to have on it's homepage (which can still be retrieved in the Alexa.com website cache) the dramatic statement by Turner:

I see the whole field of environmentalism and population as nothing less than an effort to ensure the survival of the human species.

In 1997, Ted Turner donated a billion dollars to the U.N. for environmental and population programmes.

Population Objective

"Worldwide development of policies and practices which will reduce population growth by addressing the relationships between population growth, global resources, the status of women and girls, and access to family planning and reproductive health services."

Is it coincidental that at the same time as deadly viruses are apparently set to sweep the Earth, there is a global energy crisis looming? Top investment bankers have said that by 2008, oil prices will start to rise dramatically, probably exceeding $200 dollars a barrel by 2010. A 1930s style global depression will ensue, with a possible breakdown in civil society. Whether or not this "Peak Oil" crisis is by accident or design (I suspect the latter), there exists the motivation to reduce global consumption by any means possible. The bottom line is the global elite do not want billions of people using up all the oil and other natural resources. They maintain their power and monopoly whatever the rate of consumption. And of course they believe they are doing the planet and its surviving inhabitants, which includes themselves and their children, a great favour.

This was all laid out in a report to the Club of Rome in 1972, entitled The Limits to Growth. Interestingly, it was the same year that John D. Rockefeller III's commission on population came to the same conclusion. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology team foresaw global environmental catastrophe by the middle of the 21st century unless serious limits to population and capital growth were imposed. The Club of Rome numbers amongst its members some of the richest and most powerful men in the world, including Gorbachev and Maurice Strong.

Mr Strong was secretary general of all three Earth Summits 1972, 1992, and 1997. He initiated The Earth Charter Project in 1994, the 'Ten Commandments' of sustainable development. Gorbachev was co-chair of The Earth Charter Commission and Stephen Rockefeller was Chair of the drafting committee. The ceremony to launch the Earth Charter initiative in May 2000, involved the presentation of the document to regular Bilderberg attendee and major shareholder in Royal Dutch/Shell, Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands.

With RFID tracking of every supermarket product on the horizon, compulsory biometric ID cards, metering of water consumption, satellite tracking and taxation of motor vehicles, and toll roads, it seems that they are setting up the infrastructure for global resource management. This is of course the reason why they are trying to get the public to believe the phoney global warming hypothesis.

The mass cull may not be achieved using an aerosol influenza alone or at all. The elite may use the threat of the flu pandemic to get people to take a "special" vaccine, which itself does the damage. With all the bird flu hype in the media, I strongly suspect this is the chosen path. To date, the vaccine has been the weapon of choice in the war against population. Launched in 1999, The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization is a partnership of the who's who in population control: The Rockefeller Foundation, the $24 billion Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the United Nations Foundation (a $1 billion endowment by Ted Turner), The World Bank, The World Health Organization and Western governments. These are some of the same organizations that Rockefeller and Kissinger called upon to lead the war on population growth. Cancer viruses, HIV, sterilizing hormones, aluminium, squalene, and mercury are just some of the nasties found in vaccines. Gulf War Illness, which has killed and disabled hundreds of thousands of American troops, is a vaccine induced disease in many cases. AIDS was introduced to Africa in the smallpox vaccine and to American homosexuals in the hepatitis B vaccine.

In Murder By Injection—The Story Of The Medical Conspiracy Against America, 1988, Eustace Mullins observed that,

Medical historians have finally come to the reluctant conclusion that the great flu "epidemic" of 1918 was solely attributable to the widespread use of vaccines. It was the first war in which vaccination was compulsory for all servicemen. The Boston Herald reported that forty-seven soldiers had been killed by vaccination in one month. As a result, the military hospitals were filled, not with wounded combat casual ties, but with casualties of the vaccine. The epidemic was called "the Spanish Influenza," a deliberately mis leading appellation, which was intended to conceal its origin. This flu epidemic claimed twenty million victims; those who survived it were the ones who had refused the vaccine.

Ten years earlier, Eleanora I. McBean, Ph.D., N.D. had written a similar account in her book, Swine Flu Expose:

I heard that seven men dropped dead in a doctor’s office after being vaccinated. This was in an army camp, so I wrote to the Government for verification. They sent me the report of U.S. Secretary of War, Henry L. Stimson. The report not only verified the report of the seven who dropped dead from the vaccines, but it stated that there had been 63 deaths and 28,585 cases of hepatitis as a direct result of the yellow fever vaccine during only 6 months of the war. That was only one of the
14 to 25 shots given the soldiers. ....

.... When doctors had tried to suppress the symptoms of the typhoid with a stronger vaccine, it caused a worse form of typhoid which they named paratyphoid. But when they concocted a stronger and more dangerous vaccine to suppress that one, they created an even worse disease which they didn’t have a name for. What should they call it? They didn’t want to tell the people what it really was — their own Frankenstein monster which they had created with their vaccines and suppressive medicines. They wanted to direct the blame away from themselves, so they called it Spanish Influenza. It was certainly not of Spanish origin, and the Spanish people resented the implication that the world-wide scourge of that day should be blamed on them. But the name stuck and American medical doctors and vaccine makers were not suspected of the crime of this widespread devastation — the 1918 Flu Epidemic. It is only in recent years that researchers have been digging up the facts and laying the blame where it belongs.

Before rolling up your sleeve to take the new bird flu vaccine, reflect upon the American swine flu fiasco in 1976. The epidemic that never was, began and ended with the death of one soldier at the Fort Dix Army base. Fearing a 1918 scale pandemic from this unusual influenza, the Government quickly wheeled out a vaccine to protect the public. The July/August 2005 issue of Foreign Affairs described what happened next:

When the campaign to vaccinate the U.S. population started four months later, there were almost immediate claims of side effects, including the neurologically debilitating Guillain Barré Syndrome. Most of the lawsuits -- with claims totaling $3.2 billion -- were settled or dismissed, but the U.S. government still ended up paying claimants around $90 million.

Vaccines have dubious efficacy because the immune system is not designed to respond to injected microbes. The first line of defence is the mucosal membranes in the mouth and gut. If a microbe enters the body through injection, it triggers an antibody response but crucially, it bypasses the cellular immune system altogether and actually suppresses its function. The same microbe will become far more virulent if it is injected, hence the numerous accounts of epidemics amongst vaccinated populations in the medical literature.

How will they get away with such a massive crime? Easy, they've been getting away with mass murder for decades under the guise of public health. Headed by the Rockefeller family, the medical establishment regularly declares night is day and black is white when it comes to the causes and treatments for every disease. When they're not poisoning cancer patients with radiation or mustard gas, they're putting fluoride in the water supply. Look at what they've done to the Gulf War troops, hundreds of thousands sick and dying from "hypochondria", so they say. This is the art of killing quietly, a silent slaughter-fest.

Regarding vaccinations, one of the first published papers on the mercury preservative thimerosal was by a Rockefeller Institute scientist, named Kenneth C. Smithburn, hired by Eli Lilly & Co to test its effectiveness in treating meningitis patients. Lilly then cited this study repeatedly for decades as proof that thimerosal was harmless to humans. They never revealed to the scientific community or the public the highly questionable nature of the original research, since all of the 22 meningitis patients subject to the experiment soon died.

Under the Civil Contingencies Act, the British Government can do anything it likes to the public using emergency powers. This includes quarantine and forced vaccination. American authorities have the same powers under the The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act and Homeland Security Act. Section 304 of The Homeland Security Act exempts from liability anyone involved in manufacturing or administering the smallpox vaccine and other bioterrorist countermeasures. And just for your safety America, the Government has prepared concentration camps in secret locations across the nation.

Survival Tips

How the elite are going to protect themselves from the bug? If it's in the "special" vaccine, they obviously won't be taking it. If it's an aerosol influenza, then there are myriad ways to strengthen the immune system sufficiently to resist any infectious disease. Interestingly, however, the Sunday Times recently reported that Britain's elite have been selected as priority cases to receive anti-viral drugs if the country is hit by a deadly bird flu outbreak. Workers at the BBC and prominent politicians - such as cabinet ministers - would be offered protection from the virus. Although the National Health Service has ordered 14.6m doses of Tamiflu, an antiviral drug thought to be effective against the H5N1 strain, only 900,000 doses are in stock so far. The full supply will not be delivered until March 2007. If there is a bird flu pandemic in the coming months there would be enough drugs to protect less than 2% of the British population for a week. This assumes that these drugs actually work.

Whilst this does not constitute "medical advice", here are some survival tips which should see you safely through the pandemic.

As a rule of thumb, if the Government recommends it, be it a vaccine or a pill labeled cyanide, don't take it. Vaccines are ineffective in preventing infectious disease and there are much safer and better alternatives. Even if it is not a "special" vaccine, it will more likely than not contain a substantial quantity of thimerosal. Thimerosal is carcinogenic, has brain damaged millions of children, causes depression and suicide, and is responsible for degenerative brain diseases such as Alzheimer's.

Stop consuming caffeine and sugar. Both of these substances markedly suppress immune function.

Oil of Oregano kills viruses, bacteria and fungi. In my own experience the Oregacyn capsules nuke an infection in a matter of days or hours, depending upon the dosage. On The Power Hour radio show of 7th July 2005, Dr. Cass Ingram of North American Herb & Spice Co. disclosed that the Dept. of Defense made enquiries with Georgetown University about the germicidal properties of his oil of oregano products that it had tested. Subsequently, Dick Cheney called him up to place an order for 50,000 gallons. Thankfully, Dr. Ingram turned him down, otherwise there wouldn't be any left for the public. Selenium Viruses mutate in selenium-deficient animals and become virulent. Selenium prevents the mutations that increase tissue damage during infection. [J American College Nutrition 20: 384–88S, 2001; FASEB Journal 15: 1846-48, 2001; Journal Nutrition 133: 1463–67S, 2003]. Brazil nuts are a very good source of selenium.

Zinc is believed to promote a strong immune system by, among other things, revitalizing the thymus gland and its production of white blood cells. In addition, autoimmune diseases (chronic ailments linked to the improper functioning of the immune system, such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or fibromyalgia) may also benefit from zinc supplementation. Interestingly, the presence of too little zinc has been linked to a decreased immune response in older people.

Vitamin C not only maintains a healthy immune system, it can halt an infection in its tracks if administered in mega doses. See health journalist Bill Sardi's archive on vitamin C and the history of scientific coverup over its uses.

Vitamin A Research has shown that vitamin A boosts the immune system by stimulating white blood cell function and increasing the activity of antibodies. Vitamin A deficiency may be associated with increased risk of infection and infections tend to deplete the body's stores of vitamin A.

Vitamin E A study funded by the Agricultural Research Facility Service found that high doses of vitamin E, when administered daily, can help fight off colds contracted by the elderly.

Will the Flu put Troops on the Streets?

During a White House press conference on 4th October, President Bush confirmed that he would attempt to impose military curfews and quarantines in the event of a flu pandemic in the U.S. See Bush Cites Military Takeover In Case Of Flu Outbreak, by Paul Joseph Watson.

In the wake of hurricane Katrina, martial law and gun confiscations were imposed. Bush's pronouncement on the coming pandemic indicates that it will be used as a pretext for a series of martial law crackdowns as and when required.

Putting the U.S. under martial law might be the primary objective of the man-made pandemic. It could be used for this purpose in any country. However, any engineered event can be used to advance multiple agendas simultaneously. If global population reduction is not the primary objective, this made to order pandemic may still kill large numbers.

Dr. David Kelly apparently committed suicide at the height of the WMD controversy in July 2003. U.K. national security barrister Michael Shrimpton Q.C. says that he was certainly murdered.

Dr. Kelly was head of microbiology at Porton Down, the Ministry of Defence's chem/bio warfare lab.

ON THE RIOTS IN FRANCE: THE ETERNAL SQUEEZE PLAY

NOVEMBER 11, 2005. First of all, I see no credible evidence that the riots are being launched by "radical Islamists." It is apparent that the rioters are young, poor, without much hope, and disconnected from the mainstream of society.

This is not a song of praise for the mainstream. It's just a fact.

I have read one or two reports from French citizens on the scene who state that many of the rioters are white.

Let's look at the concept of The Squeeze Play. If you, in your neighborhood, watched night after night as destructive riots creeped toward your block, you would understandably become nervous. You would want the authorities to do something. You wouldn't be eager to sacrifice your house or apartment building to people lighting fires.

You would care less and less about who was responsible. You would want action. This would place you on the side of the police. You might or might not ordinarily be friendly toward the cops, but in this instance you would want them to do something effective.

The whole point of a Squeeze Play is getting you to side with the authorities against the troublemakers.

A Squeeze Play tries to trigger every possible prejudice lurking in the back of your mind.

A Squeeze Play tries to push you over the edge into the camp of fascists.

At a great distance from violence and destruction of property, you might have all sorts of ideas about who is working behind the scenes to foment chaos---but when that rioting comes close to where you live, your ideas tend to undergo a rapid transformation.

During the LA riots after the Rodney King verdict, I was living at the base of a hill in Hollywood. >From a window I could watch the fires move north toward me. I had no idea when those fires would stop. I could also observe the gradual tightening of my feelings and thoughts. It's an interesting experience.

And I wasn't really that close to the action.

During the threat of riots, people who go to work every day begin to experience feelings toward the disenfranchised unemployed people who are rioting. All sorts of ugliness surfaces without volition.

So...who is planning and executing the basic Squeeze Play?

Who wants you to go over to the side of the representatives of the State who are carrying guns?

Who wants you to take sides?

Who wants you to exacerbate, in your mind, the sense of polarization?

Think about being a New Yorker who just arrived at work on the morning of 9/11. Who perhaps saw the planes coming in low through the city and crashing into the WTC. Who saw people streaming out of the towers. Who saw the smoke pouring out of the towers. Who later watched the towers collapse. Who had friends and family in those towers.

Do you think there was, on 9/11 and in the days to follow, a lot of argument among such New Yorkers about the identity of the people who had attacked New York?

"Give us the name of the enemy."

"Tell us what to do."

"Tell us how we can help."

"Assure us that we will have our revenge."

"Osama? Al Qaeda? Good. Let's go."

THE WHOLE POINT OF A SQUEEZE PLAY IS THAT IT SQUEEZES PEOPLE. Not just in theory. For real. You must understand this. We're not just talking about political theory here.

Along similar lines, when the stock market crashed in 1929 and the Great Depression set in, do you think most Americans pondered about who had actually caused the catastrophe?

Americans wanted jobs, and when the new president, FDR, created those jobs, the unemployed didn't spend a lot of time on streetcorners arguing about the merits of the free market versus government inspired socialism.

When the Squeeze begins, people want to escape it. They want to return to normalcy or some reasonable facsimile.

Bill Clinton's second-term victory had something to do with the 1995 Oklahoma bombing. People wanted assurances. They wanted to feel that someone was there to protect them. Clinton (not a genius as some people insist on believing) was, in fact, able to make a few speeches in which he urged Americans to "come home to the government." It worked. It sidetracked and put a lid on a great deal of unrest in America, a great deal of anti-government sentiment.

The Squeeze Play.

It's a time-honored strategy.

You also have to know that the people who riot are not just fake props in a school play. They have their reasons. They have their feelings. >From a distance, you may be able to see that their reasons make no sense, will not advance their cause over the long haul. But so what? They are ripe for rebellion. They are waiting for that trigger to launch them into action. You may sit in your living room and flick from channel to channel and say, "Well, they're burning their own neighborhoods, how crazy is that?" But from their point of view, it does make sense.

There are always people who are ready to opt for destruction. And there are people who, at a great distance in their mansions of placidity, see an opportunity to advance their own cause (greater political control) by igniting a spark that will drive the desperate hundreds or thousands or millions into action. The manipulators know, in their bones, that chaos always breeds a demand for a greater clamp-down.

This is a gruesome triangle. You have the manipulators, you have the desperate without hope, and you have all those sandwiched in between who want order to be restored.

It's a perfect configuration. It has the potential, at any moment, to set in motion a series of events that will result in new laws, new declarations, new popular emergency measures, new and heavier control from Above.

Let's say you have a poor neigborhood in a large city. This neighborhood is hanging on by its fingernails. There is already crime there. There is a great deal of unemployment. The schools are a mess. Now the authorities cancel funding for a few after-school centers for kids. Food programs are cut. Prices for gasoline and heating oil go up.

Now a single incident, a single death can propel that neighborhood into a frenzy. Put that resultant frenzy on TV, and other similar neighborhoods get the same idea. And they swing into action.

Never mind that, amid this wildness, most of the people in those neighborhoods are not participating.

It's all about the impression imparted on television.

For example, do you really, on reflection, think that the burning of a few thousand cars is going to bring down the French nation?

And that gets us to another facet of the modern Squeeze Play. Delivering the overall impression through the miracle of television.

We can easily swing over to an analogy, a different kind of story I have been pursuing for some time. The bird flu. The disease that, at most, has killed 65 people around the world in the last two-plus years. I say at most because the main method of testing for the supposed germ that causes this flu is so outrageously bad and irrelevant.

And yet, day after day, we can watch the flu news stories pouring out of the TV set as if out of the mouth of some fearsome monster.

The world is ending. The sky is falling. 200 million people will die. The vaccine won't work. The virus, like a satanic masterpiece, is mutating and avoiding entrapment. On and on.

And with this propagandized media blitz, we get fear. We get the emotion of wanting the authorities to step in and solve the whole threat.

Many people will accept travel bans and quarantines and other restrictions on basic freedoms---including mandatory treatment with toxic drugs and vaccines.

The media are very good at taking a localized or vague phenomenon and blowing it up into a global situation in a matter of days.

So now we are told that these French riots will possible spread all over Europe.

And governments will have to clamp down.

The Squeeze Play.

There are a number of levels of players who want to put on the Squeeze, and they have their favorite personal reasons.

But the higher you go on the food chain of political power, the more you approach the camp of elite players who see the whole planet as their preserve. They want to rule the preserve as monarchs.

This is their eternal goal.

One of their favorite strategies is chaos (or the the appearance of chaos---it doesn't really matter). No, they don't strike the match that ignites every single outbreak of angry chaos on the planet, but they do take advantage of these moments. And they pick their spots when they do, in fact, light the match.

Their moves are so predictable you could make a board game out of it. Chaos---cops---new laws---assurances from the authorities---more control...etc., etc.

At the top of the charts sit the globalists. That's the current title. These are Rockefeller types who see the "unruly" population of the entire planet as a constant threat to their "ownership of everything."

They view humans at large as wild animals.

They view nations as crazy tribes looking for means of destroying all order.

They believe only a few well-bred people (themselves) have escaped the hard wiring that inflicts the mad billions who live on the surface of Earth.

And just to prove that thesis, they now and then light the match and watch chaos ensue.

And then they step in and "quell the fear and restore order," each time removing a slice of individual freedom from the overall equation.

This is called a PATTERN.

At the moment, I do not know who exactly incited the flames in the neighborhoods ringing Paris. But I do know how such events feed into the agenda of these "share and care" globalists.

The riots in France are providing a very nice opportunity for the EU, which is now the government of Europe. Never mind that the French voted against the EU constitution (which is an interesting point when you think about it, in terms of these riots, eh?---as in Revenge). H E L L O?

The EU, at some point, can step in and say, "Well, it's time for a new set of policing laws for all of Europe. And we are the duly designated body to pass and enforce such laws, to protect you, the law-abiding citizen. You're with us, aren't you? We're with you."

The EU, of course, is a sterling example of the triumph of the globalists, in their march to eradicate nations and institute instead what could be called planetary regionalism. See NAFTA, GATT, THE WTO, CAFTA, FTAA.

The EU was, in part, the brainchild of the Bilderberger Group, an elite organization created in 1954, in the Netherlands. The BG helped lead Europe through a series of incarnations, starting with the so-called Common Market, into the present happy bureaucratic nightmare of the EU.

These days, the EU is looking for opportunities to prove its value. The French and the Dutch voted against the EU constitution. These turn-downs were really no threat to the EU, but still, it would be nice to present a shining image to the fearful millions who are watching all those car burnings on TV.

"Out of chaos, order."

Sounds familiar, doesn't it?

To produce a success in this vein, you need....a series of Squeeze Plays.

When WW2 ended in Europe, the continent was in a shambles. Talk about Squeeze Play. The people of Europe were pining for a grand solution, one which would not only guarantee jobs and a rising economy, but also a protection against future wars in Europe.

Out of this desire came the Common Market, an idea so obvious and benign that only a madman would oppose it. Knock down protective tariffs between nations, open the floodgates to trade. Inject money into Europe.

This was the first small step toward a United Europe.

It would take time, but as always, the globalists had time.

Intelligent people were put to work drafting bright reports that assured one and all that a coagulated Europe was a good thing.

"Together, we can rise from the ashes. We can make a future."

We can be safe.

As the globalist/Bilderberger plan took shape, there was an aspect of the plan that was also creeping in at the edges without much notice. It was a very long-term aspect designed to make Europe LESS secure, and therefore MORE in need of an overarching program that could be fulfilled, in the long run, by a European Union, by a government over all of Europe, a government that could step into the scene and stage a rescue, so to speak.

What was this other aspect? It had to do with opening another kind of floodgate.

Unfettered immigration of the poor and the disenfranchised. From many lands.

But not just an inpouring. An inpouring that would guarantee the INABILITY OF NATIONS OF EUROPE to handle it.

An inpouring of such dimensions that governments of Europe---who were really in charge of nearly all aspects of economic life---could not deal with it. Social services would fail. There could never really be an integration of all those immigrants.

Governments running those countries, in typical fashion, would try to ignore the problem or simply throw money at it. It wouldn't work.

No matter how generous the sentiments expressed, the deal would not work.

You could say you wanted it to work and it should work and it had to work---but it wouldn't.

You didn't need to be a genius to know that.

But if you spoke out against UNLIMITED AND FOREVER immigration, you could be called all sorts of bad names. You could be labeled this or that...by people who were, in fact, taking their cues from pundits WHO HAD BEEN PUT ON VARIOUS PAYROLLS TO MAKE IT POLITICALLY INCORRECT TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST UNLIMITED AND FOREVER IMMIGRATION.

Yes, this was also part of the op.

To cement in the idea and practice of the inpouring of immigrants into Europe, a program was laid on to make it very uncomfortable for any politician to say, for any reason, "This isn't going to work."

And of course, you've had some crazies running around Europe for a long time saying that letting ANYONE into a nation in Europe who doesn't have pale blue eyes and white-blond hair and ivory skin is a crime against the Norse gods or whoever. It's been a piece of cake to lump in a politician who is against massive immigration with these Nazi types.

Understand: the program of massive immigration into European countries was brought into effect in order to make the political and economic infrastructure of Europe tremble. To make it untenable.

"We build you up here and we tear you down there. And in the end, you will have to come to us for the solution."

This was the unspoken agenda of the globalists in Europe, and it still is.

The riots in France are an illustration of this agenda.

Squeeze play.

Massive immigration is a program designed to create a permanent underclass. When we in America look at our own history, we can claim that the inpouring of people from Europe early in the 20th century was a great success, and we can talk about melting pot and free markets and all that. But when you have nations that, more and more, are run from the top of massive corporations in collusion with ever-growing government control, you have a structure that can't fold in millions of poor people coming in. That's just the way it is. It isn't a matter of morality. It is a matter of fact.

You may want to see a paradise on Earth, where everything is shared and nothing is denied, but as long as governments and corporations run on the principle of scarcity---which they do---you can't win.

It will take a revolution on the order of the one described by Bucky Fuller to change all this---and governments and corporations are fully opposed to such a revolution. Yes, we DO have the means to guarantee every person on the planet the essentials of life and survival, as he pointed out in great detail, but that's not the system we live in.

The system shaped by the globalists is different. It runs on two tracks. The first track is, let everyone in. The second track is, there will never be enough for everyone.

Those two simultaneous tracks are designed to bring about moments and events of great friction---the Squeeze Plays.

The objective is: make the people come to the globalists, when these two tracks collide, and the globalists will give the people what the people want AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME: protection, repressive laws, and an iron fist.

A little more iron each time.
