What the heck is this anomaly which appears to be targeting the exact center of hurricane Katrina's eye?

Was this truly an engineered hurricane? Or, is this apparent beam directing the hurricane to it's target?

Is this what Bush meant when he ascribed all the hurricane's damage to being like the result of "the most powerful weapon imaginable?"

It's hard for me to fathom, but then again, so was the H-Bomb hard to fathom to the ordinary citizen not all that long ago.

Kent Steadman has found a remarkable photo of Katrina which shows a very strange anomaly which MAY be indication of weather engineering.

He suggests it is some kind of "ion beam."

In the case of Katrina he estimates a 70% chance it was "pumped up" to category 5 status with longitudinal wave interferometers ("Tesla howitzers").

For years this massive global project has been under way, but only now is it making it to the forefront of the consciousness of those with curious minds.

The following is a brief excerpt from his most recent paper dated October 13, 2004.

So in early 1990, the weather engineering operations over North America were assumed from the FSB/KGB by the Yakuza/Aum Shinrikyo teams, and operations continued with the Yakuza's leased giant scalar interferometers.

The weather engineering against the United States continues today under the rogue Japanese teams on site in Russia, with direct FSB/KGB supervision.

In 2004 we have entered the 2-year "final preparation phase". These operations have been intensified and will continue to be intense, wreaking great economic damage.

Hurricanes Charlie, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne, etc. have been no exception to the Yakuza weather engineering, which included directly influencing and controlling each hurricane's power and behavior, as well as directing its course and speed so as to choose its targeting path. Indeed, Ivan did a 180 degree turn, and Jeanne did a 360 degree loop before reaching Florida, demonstrating the degree of control available.

Meteorologists do recognize periods of increased or decreased hurricane activity for various reasons, but they do not consider deliberate human induction of hurricanes or human control over their direction, power, and progress.

Indeed, in latter March of 2004, Hurricane Catarina -- the first-ever recorded hurricane in the South Atlantic-- formed and came ashore in Brazil on March 28 with 90 mph winds, doing substantial damage.

So while the conventional wisdom is that hurricanes cannot form (naturally) in the South Atlantic; this one did and "broke all the records".

It appears to have been a "deliberate probe" by the Yakuza:

Produce and drive ashore a hurricane where the textbooks state one is impossible, to test whether Western governments and scientists recognize the artificial weather engineering .

The answer, of course, is that -- as expected -- the West did not recognize its importance, or that it was a deliberate "stimulus."

Western meteorologists and governments simply shrugged off Hurricane Catarina as an interesting little phenomenon but of no great concern.

As a television weatherman I first met this information with skepticism, who wouldn't?

Almost completely rejecting the concept that weather modification outside of cloud seeding possible.

Additional clues kept creeping in until I came across examples of scalar weather engineering on Tom Bearden's web site. Soon I began looking for my own examples in my own skies. Whoa! There they were! And not just occasionally, but all the time!

Examples in highs clouds were the easiest to spot, much less convective turbulence to round out the edges.

Mid level clouds. the alto cumulus are now frequently gridded and square. Odd, very odd I thought. Lower clouds, cumulus and stratus, especially in a marine layer environment seem to be the most difficult in which to see the active grid. But it is there. I must also admit living in the desert climate of the Northern Rockies, which does not afford me much opportunity to get practiced with that kind of marine air mass.

Spotting activity in clouds is but one aspect of this global war.

Evidence can be gleaned from satellite imagery; weather service doppler radars frequently give up these scalar secrets too.

Contrails and chemtrails, without question, are a big part of this game. There must be aspects as yet unknown; that some curious mind will share with us as this war game develops further and as more eyes are opened and see.

It must be understood by all that the entirety of this planet's atmospheric weather processes are now controlled. All of it, completely 24/7/365!

The paradigm shift for all weathermen is now trying to forecast some organization's intent, and not the natural meteorological processes of earth's atmosphere.

This adds yet another element of unknown to an already challenging field. The premise of this site is that you have a working understanding of basic meteorological processes.

My building this site was an inevitability.

I am just the first of a very bright group of individuals who have to look at information that is of varying reliability and quality on a day to day basis. draw conclusions from that data, then present those conclusions of that data to very large audiences.

The weather industry will convert quickly, very quickly.

Have you noticed the occasional weird cloud shapes that appear with the few fronts that do manage to pass by? And how the jet stream has been forced North again? How high pressure ridges continue to dominate the Southwest? On the Fourth of July, 1976, the former Soviet Union began broadcasting huge, pulsed electromagnetic fields from three gigantic 40-million watt transmitters which beamed those signals halfway around the world to the U.S. This electronic assault disrupted and jammed radio and television broadcast signals, enraged the FCC, and irritated ham radio operators, who quickly dubbed the signals 'The Russian Woodpecker,' because of their pulsed cadence. Odd things were also being reported back in the winters of the early 1980's: A ridge of high pressure has hovered nearly 800 miles off the California Coast for the past two months, blocking the usual flow of moist air from the Pacific. --Time 1/1981 For the past four months, a single weather pattern...causing the drought is one of the most unusual national patterns ever recorded...such long lasting (high pressure) centers were unheard of until 1977 (when the Soviets began the 'Woodpecker' transmissions --ed.) --Washington Post 2/2/81 It is important to note that the end of the 7-year California drought in the winter of 1992-93 coincided exactly with the well-documented period of intense solar magnetic storms that disrupted all electromagnetic transmissions here on Earth including the 'Woodpecker.' The reasons for the weather patterns to become fixed...are unclear. --Storm, The World Weather Magazine 9/93 As far back in April, 1969, Spectrum, a publication of the prestigious Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, featured an article by Seymour Tilson which stated: Workers in the field of atmospheric electricity and cloud physics have accumulated sufficient evidence to suggest that electric fields in the Earth¹s lower atmosphere play a critical role...perhaps the critical role...in the development and behavior of clouds that produces precipitation. Mr. Tilson was correct. Exactly two years after the 'birth' of the Russian Woodpecker, July 4, 1978, the U.S. Government conducted its own ELF weather experiment which created an enormous downpour of rain over six counties of northern Wisconsin. This ELF-generated storm generated winds of 157 mph and caused $50 million in damage, levelling Phillips, Wisconsin, and destroying 350,000 hectares of forest. The first published alarm about Soviet weather control warfare came from Dr. Andrew Michrowski of PACE (Planetary Association for Clean Energy). In a published paper in 1978, Dr. Michrowski described how he had placed monitoring stations all across Canada and determined that "the Soviets managed to establish relatively stable and localized ELF fields (over North America) which were able to hamper or divert the jet stream flow in the Northern Hemisphere." Several years later, Michrowski stated in a PACE Newsletter (Vol.4, #4): ELF fields...propagate vertically to the ground, creating 'standing waves'...that can redistribute energy and momentum in (atmosphere) through cumulus convection. It has been consistently noted that variance of the (Soviet) ELF transmissions leads to a subsequent change in the route of the jet stream flow in the Northern Hemisphere within 72 hours. The 2/81 PACE Newsletter reported that the Soviets turned off their ELF Woodpecker signal for a brief period in 1980: "During the two-week lull, the Northern Hemisphere's jet stream was NORMAL... ...with the return of the Soviet ELF transmissions, the jet stream was deflected (again) by a persistent (high) pressure ridge extending from the Yukon to Arizona." There is much more, but I think you get the picture. 'Everyone complains about the weather, but nobody does anything about it,' doesn¹t function any more. Nikola Tesla said, in June, 1900, " The time is very near when we shall have the precipitation of the moisture of the atmosphere under complete control..." If you have ever read a biography of the great genius, you'll know he wasn't joking. Does the U.S. government have its own series of ELF/microwave transmitters? You bet. Can ELF be used to do more than engineer and influence just the weather (like human beings, for example)? Yes, it CAN and IS. But that's another story...

The copy that I have of the 1995 Air Force report, WEATHER AS A FORCE MULTIPLIER: OWNING THE WEATHER IN 2025, makes grandiose claims about how 'In 2025, US aerospace forces can "own the weather" by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications.' So I guess we're one-third of the way there (2025 - 1995 = 30; 2005 -1995 = 10; 3*10 = 30).

KATRINA AND THE SCALAR WEATHER WARS

Today Cloak and Dagger has linked an article on scalar wave weather engineering by Stefan Grossmann. Of course it references the work of Col. Tom Bearden, the leading western expert on the subject.

Engineering the weather with scalar weapons is done by simply pouring heat into certain regions, and extracting heat (cooling) other regions. In the article Bearden describes how by heating and cooling areas in a rotational pattern the atmosphere can be made to rotate (hurricane). Also, since the power of a hurricane is related to the temperature of the sea at a given point, a hurricane can be increased by simply heating the ocean under it. If you think about, nearly all weather phenomena are the result of differences in temperature between one region and another. The scalar weapons in weather mode are basically giant heaters and coolers controlled from afar and able to target any place on earth with either heat or cold.

According to Bearden the chief weather war mischief makers are the KGB and a consortium of the "Yakuza" and "Aum Shinrikyo" cult, to which the KGB has handed over most of the routine work. Bearden says the West is playing catch-up ball here, but is no longer totally undefended. I am not sure if this "weather war defense" involves HAARP or not. In any case the resulting picture is not pretty.

Slowly but surely Bearden's information is getting out there and people are starting to realize the true terror of the situation. Is the secrecy beginning to break down, like a Louisianna levee? People must demand to be told the truth about scalar weapons. Only once, to my knowledge, has the official U.S. acknowledged these weapons. This was in a statement by Sec. Def. William Cohen which Bearden tirelessly repeats.

This statement was made over 30 years after Krushchev announced such weapons! At that time no one in the world knew what he was talking about, and generally, they still don't!

Even worse than these weather wars, in my opinion, is the use of scalar weapons to induce earthquakes along fault lines. Bearden is convinced that the KGB/Yakuza has registered a number of longitudinal wave interferometers on the Yellowstone caldera to try to trigger a super eruption.

What happens in such situations is: News diversions are orchestrated in order to take away the public's attention from the homespun disasters. Such as, a whale strands in the arctic and all the oil- soaked spy-riddled mainstream media babble about stranded whales for days or even weeks until the news about the actual catastrophe at home is forgotten and, for practical purposes, suppressed.

This well-known routine is happening again. As the to-be-covered-up news event (Bush bribed his way into the White House) is so huge, the cover-up ploy is also huge: A scalar-engineered hurricane named Katrina. The shadow government has decided to sacrifice an entire city, New Orleans, to cover up the coming news of bribery and in order to further rig the price of oil.

2. Weather engineering includes the blow-up of small hurricanes into large ones. The technology is zealously denied by so-called meterologists and physicists, but it exists anyhow. It has been described, for example, by veteran Pentagon scientist and scalar researcher Col. Tom Bearden at his huge web site, http://www.cheniere.org

Grossman then goes on to quote from Bearden about how the technology works. He mentions the Russian "Woodpecker grid" by which the scalar waves are aimed at anypoint on earth. This Woodpecker grid is a system of EM broadcasts (either transverse or scalar EM) from a number of locations. The interference patterns of these transmissions (so named because they sound, if put through a speaker, like a woodpecker pecking) make a grid pattern and the scalar waves run along the grid to their target location.

Then Grossman writes a very intriguing paragraph:

"Today, weather engineering is also part of the Pentagon's military arsenal and is at the command of America's public enemy Nr. 1, the shadow government.

"Basically, the U.S.A. lost the cold war - contrary to all newspaper allegations - against the Soviet Union because of scalar weapons and weather controlling technology. This is one of the key reasons for the multi-trillion dollar Pentagon black budget and secret arms program, namely to catch up in the scalar arms race. The main part of this technology was developed for the Pentagon by Israel and its ultra-secret scalar weapons program and is the reason why the U.S.A. has basically lost its sovereignty to a clique of internationalist scalar terrorists with hyper-tech abilities (such as also demonstrated in the "plane" deceptions on 9-11-1)."

Grossman ends with the following:

3. Category 5 mega-hurricane Katrina bears signature marks of being rigged and magnified using scalar weather engineering. There has been a suspicious increase in frequency of otherwise very rare category 5 hurricanes. Before hurricane Andrew (1992, apparently a time when scalar technology was available) there were only two recorded category 5 hurricanes in the U.S.A. Katrina is actually more than category 5; it is category 5+ (the scale has no category 6). It originated as a small medium hurricane, but suddenly and inexplicably over the Gulf of Mexico it exploded into a monster of category 5 (allegedly due to the "warm Gulf waters" that have never behaved this way any time before). Then, the next item of suspicion is the target: New Orleans, shaped like a basin and beneath sea level, also conveniently a center of oil refining for the U.S.A. and located near the Gulf of Mexico oil production.

The weather wars are getting serious and no one knows the long term macro effects they will have. For one thing, if exothermic mode (heating) is used more than endothermic mode (cooling) then the operations are likely contributing to global warming, since the added energy is coming from the vacuum of space, not from any other place on earth (3-space).

The theory seems too science fiction like for most people who have cursed any number of deity through the ages over the rains or lack thereof.

Still, there's mounting evidence that 'something' about the subject is true. Otherwise there's going to be a lot of disappointed conspiracy theorists. The unproven truth is that the first common mankind will know is when he finds himself held hostage by a rogue state that has against all odds learned to literally control the weather and - we'll do as we're told.

It's pretty scary. You can either dehydrate or drown, freeze or snap bake. Your crops will die of either too much or too little water. From one week to the next you might have to look out your front door to find out which shoes to wear!

The civilian outcome is pretty darned frightening - when those dams run to critical and no river is running for hundreds of miles... or flooding unstoppably. The military application is very neat when it is a precision event - mud will eventually slow down even the most determined of tracked war machines and; fog slows down aircraft substantially. A snow storm will stop unprepared soldiers fairly rapidly as well.

Certainly, it'd be more useful as a shield against attack rather than a weapon of attack. You'd think so, anyhow.
