This russian study was conducted with the participation of Deutsche Telecom, one of its authors was the Biological Department Head at the Deutsche Telecom ERG (Germany)! Finds effects of GSM exposure on the EEG and sleep patterns in the test subjects' sleep, i.e. when they are not actively thinking about the potential risk, so the NOCEBO effect can't really be made responsible for these results.
