According to health science researcher from Canada, Dr Howard Fisher, who has authored 11 books on the health, nutrition and effects of EMF radiations, everyone is affected by the radiations emanating from cellphone towers. As part of his tour to the country, Dr Fisher was in city to deliver a talk on the EMF radiations.

Dangerously misleading claims of protection
I am compelled to point out that the article you have posted from India that features Howard Fisher is misleading as regards the claim that a new technology protects against cell phone dangers.
Fisher asserts:
Researchers have now developed a technology called MRET (Molecular Resonance Effect Technology) that makes the radiation harmless on the body when the cellphone catches the signal.
We have studied this technology carefully, along with colleagues in the United Kingdom and Germany. While data submitted by the company Fisher represents, Biopro, purported to show that the technology produced a random noise field that was protective, our own work could not independently verify either the production of a noise field or any other protective activity. It is also noteworthy that there are no peer-reviewed, independent studies to support the safety claims that we have been able to identify.
We are concerned that unsupported claims such as these lead people to a false sense of security that results in reckless, unlimited use of cell phones and disregard for other exposures to EMR. These types of claims are therefore dangerously misleading as pathological damage continues to build in these people while they falsely believe they are being protected.
We recommend that any claims that gadgets eliminate cell phone risks be considered false until legitimate scientific work shows protective efficacy. Consumers should be skeptical and demand to see solid scientific proof before putting their health and the health of their families in the hands of people selling products.
