Krebsrisiko höher als bei Erwachsenen

Kinder sollten keine Handys in die Hand bekommen, um einem langfristigem Tumor-Risiko vorzubeugen. Das sagte Professor Kjell Mild von der Universität von Orbero, Schweden, laut einem Bericht der britischen Tageszeitung 'The Telegraph' (Montagsausgabe). Der Wissenschaftler leitete eine Untersuchung, die Daten von elf Studien zur Erfassung des Krebsrisikos bei Mobilfunknutzern auswertete.

Demnach war der Anteil von Patienten mit einem Tumor am Hörnerv doppelt so hoch, wenn diese bereits seit zehn Jahren ein Mobiltelefon benutzen. Kinder seien hier besonderen Gefahren ausgesetzt, so Mild. Der Schädelknochen ist dünner und absorbiert dadurch weniger Strahlungsenergie. Außerdem ist das Gehirn noch stärker in Entwicklung und anfälliger für Störungen von außen.

UMTS signals are 10 times more damaging than GSM signals

Dear Sir, With the threat of Wi-fi invading our lives and the actual effects upon human health found near masts or in their beams; protective agencies should be investigating the ruination of peoples lives in the presence of pulsed radio frequency beams.

Michael Repacholi (of the WHO and the ICNIRP) should be informing us of the scientific basis for his posited 'safe' levels of emissions (450uW/cm2 accepted by the NRPB now the HPA's 'Center for Radiation, Chemical and Envoronmental Hazards in the 1990s), which only takes into account the thermal aspect of emissions and completely ignores the non-thermal pulsed emissions which cause all the problems.

The Canadian BioInitiative, formed by Canadians who are trying to find somewhere to live away from emissions, has made Europe aware of the problems and the European Union is questioning Repacholi's scientific proof. The German Government has warned its people not to use mobile phones and to use landlines only - it has also told them to have nothing to do with Wi-fi!

It is rather difficult to avoid a wireless miasma which will invade every area of our lives if it is imposed upon us!

This website points out the extreme danger from 3G - I should think Wi-fi is going to be even worse than this!

Regular use of a mobile phone over more than a decade can raise the risk of cancer, an authoritative study claims.

Researchers found that long-term users had double the chance of getting a malignant tumour on the side of the brain where they held the handset.

An hour a day on a mobile phone is thought to be enough to increase the risk.
