The neigbourghood association of Villaverde del Río claimed yesterday to the Defender of People [an institution to help innocent people who has no ways to defend], José Chamizo, the situation of social alarm that the whole village is suffering for the 23 cancer cases that had been reported on the neigbourghs that live near a cellular antenna. The president of the association explained to ABC that "the neibourghs are highly worried because in the last days/months a lot of breast cancer and headaches in children had been reported and that can be caused by the antenna.
Besides they have medical informs about it, and they had been sent to a lawyer to stop the problem. The answer is that "in present days, there is a impossibility of legal actions and there is no demonstration that the antenna is dangerous for the health".
