The Bush Administration is trying to build a new type of 5 Kilotons Nuclear Weapons (like the RNEP) to use in future wars. This weapon is powerful enough to destroy areas with more than 1 KM at ground level.

The U.S. Senate is voting this week on the future of the nuclear bunker buster. This would be a terrible nuclear weapon, some 70-80 times the explosive power of the bombs that destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The House of Represenatatives has already voted to cut funding for this weapon, now we must ask the Senate to do the same.
