EAST MANATEE -- Many homeowners living in the Bridle Creek community at Panther Ridge have recently received warnings in their mailboxes regarding the potential health risks of living near high-voltage power lines.

Along with the anonymous warning is a form letter directed to Administrative Law Judge Bram Canter, the judge who will be recommending to the governor and cabinet the future location of the proposed 230-kilovolt Bobwhite-Mana- tee Transmission Line through Manatee and Sarasota counties.
