Fish goes into shock when exposed to cell phones

Note that when the phones ring, the fish goes into complete shock for a few seconds until the stronger pulse of radiation from the ring subsides. Now given this experiment, wonder what happens when nature is exposed to the violently strong signals from TOWERS? Also what about the cumulative effects? If they can cause instant shock in wildlife, what will they do over weeks, months, even years of exposure?
