BRUSSELS - The people who filed a complaint are worried about the consequences of radiation from GSM masts and wireless networks. They are demanding that the Belgian state impose much stricter norms.

Complaint lodged against the Belgian state

Le Group de Reflexion et d'Action pour une Politique Ecologique (GRAPPE) (The Reflection and Action Group for an Ecologic Policy) lodged a complaint against the Belgian state for violation of article 23 of the Belgian constitution that guarantees everyone a healthy environment, in the First Instance court, Namur, Belgium on 28th november 2007.
