There are stories about this e-mail all over the internet. If we would happen to decide to invade another country or need increased help to protect our very vulnerable borders this would have to take place. We are in so deep in Iraq just don't see any way out in the next ten years. My boys will be 18 in 6 years and my daughters could certainly be affected.
