Symbol of the System

The symbol is Wal-Mart. Though Wal-Mart is the worst offender, US employers are able to suppress workers' rights to organize unions because there is little or no enforcement of workers' rights in this country. Even when they are caught, the small fines companies pay are just a cost of doing business.
