Abu Ghraib: General Karpinski Says Fault Goes to Cheney, Rumsfeld

Brig. Gen. Janis Karpinski, the highest-ranking Army officer to be punished for the Abu Ghraib prison scandal, said Tuesday night that blame for the incident should go as high as Vice President Dick Cheney and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
